1LTs usually get low balled., but an MSRP offer is quite good. Was $72k near that? The pandemic used value bubble is over now and C8 Stingray production is up.
Msrp was like 69k from one of his past videos I believe. I think what brought the cost up to over 80k out the door was warranty and some other type packages that he had gotten
Never let these guys drive off in your vehicle for an appraisal lol. 99% of the time they just go for a joy ride, or park it around back and go back inside for a while. They already know what they want to offer the second they see it.
Hyped about some fire sales around the corner once those federal student loan repayments start kicking in (Estimated 10s of millions borrowers forced to start paying a monthly average of $400-500 a month) on top of these once again high interest rates there will be fire deals on luxury vehicles.
The monthly FINANCE CHARGES will NOT go down even if you pay down principal. You have to refi in order to have lower finance charges, hopefully at the same APR or lower, assuming same terms (months).
Mark our stories are so similar it’s crazy. I got my C8 a few months ago also planning to put it on Turo. The decion wasn’t impulsive but I should’ve shopped around a bit more when it came to finding the best interest rate. I think we even have the same interest rate. They’re great cars, so if you can find a way to make good income from Turo, it can offset the cost and you can try refinancing for a lower rate.
That's the market man, times have changed. You have dealers asking for MSRP now, time for the Vette boys to understand that their cars are have now depreciated to the point that they aren't getting the total money they want. Oh and they will be sitting on their Zo6s for a long, long time. ROFL.
I can promise you C8s will hold their value better than any other domestic sports/muscle car. Like all the Corvettes before it have done and continue to do. You can’t even get a C7 Z06 for less than 60k to this day. They came out in 2015 😂
Just traded my 2023 1lt to a dealership in Washington, Michigan a few weeks ago. They gave me 71k. Safe to say market is evening back out. Z06 price is still outrageous nonetheless..
Their confident some idiot will one day come through that door and let them use them up and afterwards tell them to go fix a sandwich for the privilege of driving a Chevy on wheels at 80k over.
If you can put $25K on the loan, then refi through your credit union for 36 or 48 months, you will get a lower interest rate and save on the interest charges.
Take the MSRP offer. That is the best you will get believe me.
Msrp is a great offer
Thats what its actually worth, truth is a weird thing, all these vehicles are over priced
SELL IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!! Prices are going down!
Looks like we are back to the times where cars are NOT a good investment again. Great video and great channel.

Well he is trying to "sell" to dealerships, private sells wld get him way more....
Did he install aftermarket equipment?

Warning! Warning! Don't buy a vehicle just to look cool.

Value will only down every week and month. Highest offer is first offer. ~CQA
Great video, when are you gonna do more detailing vids. Need a few tips lol

Great video as always & Your video Editing is on point also !!!
Why don't you consider a private sale? Always better prices than a dealer who needs to make money when they re-sell it.

That same CarMax offered me 80k for my C8 2LT w/ Front Lift a month ago at ~3k miles. What spec and mileage is yours?
1LT with just over $3k in add ones like wheels, splitter, rockers etc. $69k msrp
@@MarkBrennerwhat’s the mileage
@MarkBrenner the wheels will basically get you nothing, that's $ you donated.
@MarkBrenner then why not just take the 72k offer then?
Those wheels look Terrible
Looks like you’re gonna have to take a loss.
I’ll give you my unicorn. I’m homeless, so I’m sure I can’t sleep in a Vette. I don’t think I’ve ever been a passenger or driven a Vette.
Why is $72K a bad offer? That’s more than msrp for a used car.
What the lowest you want to get from your car?
you have to be nuts to rent a car like that. people will beat it . that's why they rent it.
Carvana gives the best price

What do people do when they rent a Corvette?
They race it. Just sayin
Watch the corvette depreciation curve will continue to drop and stabilize in January
I love when people who paid insane dealer markups try to sell or trade their car in. Pure entertainment.
Chevy GMC Means Got A Mechanic Coming. 😂😂😅
200k for a z06, kraisi ppl outhere
They on crack
Just keep it, you’re too upside down on it. You’re not going to get the price you want.
gm cars dont hold their value but the dummies who own swear up and down they do
@@mattnorman5241 C7 ZR1 would like to have a chat with you
Did Romy really say 'VIN number'?
Why not try selling it to a private party? You might be able to pull off ~77k based on what’s on car gurus
that c8 is worth 65k at best
@@mattnorman5241 they offered him 72k through a dealer lmao. You can’t find any c8 under 74k anywhere
Do you charge the customer for the DAMAGE?
208k is way too much. It cost double the amount of a porsche gt4. Sort of crazy
Tip: your car is not worth what they appraise it for....(car dealers) in particular.
It’s a 1lt
Guy sounds car poor
If you end up buying a midsize truck I’m going to have to unsubscribe until you’re done with it 😂
