You're electrical diagnostics are explained incorrectly. If the element is good, you will have continuous AC voltage through the heater/ignitor and both wires. Having AC in only one of two wires indicates the element is failed in an "open" state. That means it is not allowing current go through the heater coil. That is why the neutral wire does not indicate voltage present.
Thanks for the video, took about an hour, appreciate going over it, hardest part is taking screws out in weird angles.

Any suggestions on that could be the issue if my igniter heats up but it never sends gas?? Same model as in the video
It could still be the igniter not working well enough, or the safety valve it connects to, or the gas regulator.

You can reuse the screws that are currently installed

Whyyy can I not get the bolts undone? What did you use? Mine might have a little more lip than yours so I can't get a tool in easily.
Shoot. I’m sorry. These were just small bolts so I used the nut driver on my multi tool screwdriver.
