An health inspector can walk into any food establishment, even a fine dinning location and find something to write a report about. They tend to only report the more serious violations. That's why you take a chance everytime you eat out.
So BJ's restaurant paid for their own "inspection" and wants everyone to believe their bought and paid for inspection is legit? Not to mention their manager looks like he's barely out of high school which likely means the same for the staff and he admitted there was a roach and "rumors" of rodents. "Rumors"
I have noticed the higher end restaurants tend to have more pride and maintain a cleaner environment. It’s tough to know exactly. But mom and pops as well as chain restaurants that are on the more affordable price point don’t always maintain a staff that cares enough. Also if the restaurant is new it helps. It’s still hit or miss.
@@tanthony298 There isnt a single restaurant that doesnt have roach and rat problems. Some clean up better than others and some get caught. 1/3000 places is my guess as to how many caught. Maybe half of those clean up their ways and the other half could care less. Theres no way to enforce cleanliness. Theres too many places and not enough inspectors, both sides cut corners, we have to live with it. Order your food DEEP FRIED!!
are these restaurants near anywhere where there are apartments? During the spring, the trees leave tons of leaves on the ground and the apartment owners feel no volition to bag the leaves instead. Instead landscaping crews come two weeks later by then the wet piles of dead leaves have already attracted rodents.
These restaurants clean meticulously head to toe. But homeless people may decide to loiter there for 24 hrs in a nearby area and they always leave piles of trash outside which attracts rodents.
Ecolab is one of the best companies in the food service industry. If a restaurant is using Ecolab, they are generally a very solid operation. All of their documentation includes action plans and they can be contracted to correct identified deficiencies or the owner can take care of it themselves. There are a lot of businesses that use other PCO services that aren't as good as the total solutions packages that Ecolab provides. But anywhere with a large number of food service providers, there will be rodent activity that needs to be managed.
The Company that we paid (Ecolab) shows we are clean, seems legit!
I love these segment, we all need to know what's really going on in these restaurants!!!!!!!

They do not posting A B C D for people’s to knowing that’s restaurant is unclean why only Florida inspectors 😢does not do that 😢so sad !😢
The manager says you have to speak with the owner. The owner says you have to speak with the manager.
IMPECCABLE customer service!
Addicted to giving people food poisoning is a hell've a drug
This is why I'm weary to eat at mom and pop restaurants, especially ethnic mom and pop restuarants
I would never work somewhere that sells food to people knowing its compromised
He said that it was a roach on the food and they took care of it WTF
No more standards anymore.

Ecolab provides suggestions for cleaning and sanitation equipment THEY sell. They are not inspectors?? That’s not their “specialty?”
I think they are talking about ecosure owned by Ecolab which has more strict requirements than most local health departments-
What country are those owners from?
I know right?? It’s ALWAYS them!
Is it not safe to eat out anywhere?
