A Secret Recipe of Perfect 👌n Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 and Warning: These Disappear FAST

Easy Chocolate chip cookies - written recipe below 👇
These cookies are loved… and, warning: they disappear FAST.
Ingredients:
300g butter
2 eggs
200g caster sugar
250g brown sugar
600g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
400g milk chocolate chips
Method:
1- In a stand mixer or a bowl whisk the butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar together until no brown sugar lumps remain. Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
2- Add flour, vanilla extract and baking soda, mix together and fold in chocolate chips.
3- Roll out the dough into cling film and freeze for 1 hour. Once chilled cut into half an inch thick pieces.
4- Bake in the preheated oven at 170c for 15 minutes approximately. (Top with extra chocolate or chocolate chips before baking if you like).
5- Transfer the rest into ziplock bag and freeze for the next time. Bake straight from the frozen.
This way you can bake just a couple of cookies whenever the craving hits. The chewy chocolate chip cookie craving is a hard one to ignore. 😀
