Both Bob and Lee have been paid millions for their songwriting contributions. All of Bob's lawsuits have been dismissed.
Here is the thing, Daisley was then as now a professional musician, he knows how the music business works, he should have negotiated a better contract for himself. You can't bitch about sleeping with fleas when you made the bed. Daisley has been fleecing the Osbourne's for decades and revels in the controversy he creates to profit off of, which makes ya'll a bunch stooges and suckers.

That comment about Ozzy being passed out drunk all time was Bob talking about the songwriting for "Diary". Even then, Ozzy was still responsible for nearly all the vocal melodies. (The other guys had fully worked out the title track and had to coach Ozzy through that.) Ozzy’s first wife, Thelma would come to the recording studio to support Ozzy. In the meantime Ozzy was having an affair with Sharon. Daisley wrote almost all the lyrics on the first two albums and Kerslake wrote a lot on the second... Sharon and Ozzy really screwed over those two bad. I have ZERO respect for Ozzy and Sharon after this came to light. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Ozzy fell backwards into one of the most incredible live and studio bands with the Blizzard collective. (Kerselake/Daisley studio & Szaro/Aldridge live).
Daisley wrote lyrics and hammered out the arrangements utilizing and optimizing Randy’s riff and classical influence which was essential to creating such an indelible and timeless collection of amazing music
Sharon the slave driver propped up Ozzy as she dragged him thru the Sabbath departure to formulate the studio and live line ups
The greatest part of the tragedy and death of Randy Rhoads was it was completely avoidable and unnecessary robbing us of what potentially incredible music was to come

Bollocks. They were paid. Even after he was fired in 1981, Bob Daisley came back to play bass and help write "Bark At The Moon" in return for a fat cheque. He went on tour for that album as well and then helped write the songs for "The Ultimate Sin". Once again, in 1988, he came back into the fold to play bass and write songs for "No Rest For the Wicked". Bob was paid over the years. Just not paid the full royalties he was entitled to. He felt Ozzy & Sharon were skimming off the top. His biggest grievance was over the synchonization rights - the millions of dollars (of which he never saw a penny) for the use of Ozzy's songs in movies, on radio and TV commercials.

The chord/note progression that you start a song with establishes and dictates the key/tonality. "Crazy Train" starts in F# minor, then modulates to the relative major (A) on the verses and alternates between those those two (relative) keys for the rest of the song.

Ozzy seems to totally contradict Daisley who says Ozzy asked him to join this new band. (Randy came later). He said yes. Met up at Ozzy's where two other musicians were. They jammed, Daisley thought they were ok, but not great. Bob pulled Ozzy aside and said he didn't think they were right, so Ozzy immediately sacked them on the spot. It's also well known that Gary Moore was Ozzy's first choice for guitarist for the Blizzard of Oz Band, but he didn't want to get involved after just going through Phil Lynott's demise, so offered to just help/provide feedback if Ozzy wanted it. I found the interviews from Bob and Gary on YT, so easy enought to check out. Ozzy is either brain dead or huge liar.
