It seems as if your health is back to good. I'm glad to see that. Update on our life. My gallbladder bladder became infected and ruptured. I called an ambulance out to our wilderness campsite and went to the hospital. I had to have an emergency operation. After being released from the hospital and went back to our camp we found out the money we had put up for a camper was stolen. A police was called for us being here and my wife was arrested. So, I'm here now after a major surgery by myself. I had to go back to the hospital because of complications with the surgery last Friday. I'm back at the camp again alone without the ability to work. I have to walk 3 miles to buy food. It took me 2 hrs to get there and back yesterday. I'm resting today. I enjoy watching your videos and have for years now. Your son is growing up before our eyes. I admire how y'all do what you do and would love to come to Germany and visit when our lives improve.
We thank you for being here and we hope you will fight through this and remember that we NEVER SURRENDER or forget to smile in between the battles. Thanks and all the best from us my friend :)
Yes I'm glad your health is back and I hope it continues to be good. Thank you both for all yalls hard work. I so enjoy your videos. I cannot do this type of thing do to my disability. I cannot believe how tall EE is getting!!
A+++++ EE!!! Well done on finding this site and the research!! Way to go on everything! Loved that you found some ammo(destroyed),etc proving the area. Enjoyed this totally!!!! Again WELL DONE EE!!!!! Take care...
What a phenomenal site that you found after the research you and EE did. I’m amazed at your tenacity for finding these incredible sites. All that blown up ordinance you found, just proves that that, was the site. Just an amazing find. The damage to the ordinance you found, shows that it was detonated by sympathetic detonation. A major blast detonated all the ordinance that was stacked around the single bomb. Gary
The K98 cases that you found had the primers blown out of the case head. This tells me that the powder detonated with the case not in a rifle chamber, backed up by a bolt. Gary
Thanks! It's obvious how hard you two work to achieve each video but you guys are so lucky to. A bomb fuse ! Wow and wow ! I'm so happy for you both. Are you glad the storage buildings are torn down or do you think they should still be there ? Stay safe and happy freinds. 😊
The explosion of all the munitions that were put in the trenches to be destroyed must have been incredible. Glad that you were able to follow the clues and find the location of this effort to destroy the ammo! I can only imagine that there must be thousands of bits of steel from all the ammo! Nice job EE going from an image to the actual place! Great job guys and thanks for taking us along!
Yes the area must have very loud during those days. EE did so well and thanks to you my friend we are able to go out and do this. Thanks so much , be safe and keep smiling out there :)
@WW2HistoryHunter you to my friend you and eagle eyes do such a great job and so informative .anyways, you two stay safe and see you all on the next venture
Great discovery EE, you did a great job researching and finding this location. This is what makes the HH team the best. Nice artifacts you found and couldn't imagine how big the explosions would have been. Thank you for finding and sharing this history with us.
Way to go, Eagle Eye's all of your research paid off. With the help of your father, the crater where the unused bombs and ammunition was blow sky high. And so many parts of ammunition and bomb shells left for you to find. Thank you, Eagle Eye's and History Hunter, for all the hard work.
Amazing job Eagle Eyes! You did an exemplary job finding this place! What an awesome explore! We never would have seen this if it weren't for you and your dad. Thank you both for all the hard work it took finding this area. And to find the blast areas is even more amazing. You definitely found proof of what you were looking for. That was one big blast area with tons of proof just laying around. Thank you again for taking us along. This was truly amazing. Take care and stay safe. 💖💯
Eagle Eyes, you did such an amazing job of researching this place! Congratulations to you both for finding it and finding the proof of what happened. Exciting explore, guys!❤
It has to be very satisfying to go out after researching an area and find evidence that proves your findings. Destroying these munitions had to be earth shaking to the people in the area. It’s wonderful to see Eagle Eyes taking such an interest in WW2 history. I bet if you took a metal detector out there, it would go crazy with signal of metal. Great job guys.
EE living up to him name once again, well done young man, some great detective work from just 1 photo, you should feel very proud of yourself. So much history just laying around in the open. The size of that last hole, must have been several thousand kilos of high explosive. Thank you for taking us along on this explore. Stay safe and well my friends
I feel that EE has started something new now. He finds images and just starts to go crazy digging into whatever he can. Makes me very proud yes. Loved it and more to come Barry :)
Eagle eyes your interest and intense research in WWll areas and what took place is impressive. I forsee you getting awards from museums and history organizations. You should be very proud of yourself. 😊
I just subscribed to your awesome and very informative channel. I visited your amazing country in 2007 (Emden and Bremen). Looking forward to another visit soon!
I was at a ammo depot in Germany in the 80's. It was used by the allies during the cold war. We would still find WW2 live mortar shells in bombed out bunkers. In one bunker we used for storage. We found potato mashers hidden in the walls. The picture you showed at first. With the buildings next to railroad tracks. We had a few intact. They had tunnels underneath. We would start in one building and come out another builder down the line. The depot still had massive concrete emplacements for anti-aircraft guns. A friend of mine found a luftwaffe helmet. Buried, just enough to stick out of the ground where he tripped over it. We dug it out, and it was in very, very good condition with paint and decals intact. You should have taken your detectors with you.
EE, you ARE amazing at math . I bet you are really smart with other subjects and skills. Thanks so much for researching that historical site . I can see why it would have intrigued you. Mission accomplished. Stay safe you two. ❤❤
Great research, EE. Yes, to come back in time and to be able to see this intricate part of the German WW2 history. Hard to wrap one's mind around the idea that the German military had over 2000000 kilos of bombs stored in 120 bunkers. Wouldn't that have been something to see. You found several signs of the German activity that transpired there - metal pieces, a bomb detonator, mortar/artillery shell end, German 792 round, 20mm round, shrapnel, etc. That is wonderful that you bring some of those WW2 pieces that you find to a war museum so others can experience a bit of WW2 history. Thank you for taking us there EE and HH. Mission accomplished, EE. :) 💞
Great job guys! Well done finding those disposal pits! And Kudos to EE for such great research, on just one photo, and, for spotting that first detonator and fuze pocket piece! I can imagine if you took the metal detector into that area, you wouldn't know where to turn. The shrapnel from all the explosions that must have taken place there, would be everywhere for kilometres around. They would certainly have been a sight to see, but I wouldn't want to be the guys filling those pits, day after day. You would never know if there was something just sitting there waiting to go off, just under your feet. Thank you for sharing this amazing location. It is always interesting to see what happened after, the fighting was over! Cheers to you all! Stay safe!
Must have been crazy loud for sure and we did not see any dangerous stuff laying around but i guess there could be buried stuff there. Thank you so much for your great support :)
Normally I would agree with you on Luftwaffe bomb fuzes , however the one you picked up despite the fact it's been in an explosion. Looks very much like it still has the gain attached to the bottom of the fuze. If it were me I would have it checked out properly 👍
Wow, it seems as if everywhere you look, there are pieces of the past! It is crazy to think that they just blew up all that ammunition! In today's world, the allies would sell the metal for scrap or take it and pass it on to ally countries! It is surreal to think that those small metal chunks were once part of the nazi's arsenal!! Keep up the fantastic work, and EE, keep finding the relics of the past!❤
Your right that's what I think it was many years ago it was probably the German army that disposed it and the yanks the sas were somewhere round their cos that burned for 8 months
You are so kid my fried and we do really appreciate that and it comes in very handy in future explores out there Thank you from us and be safe out there :)

Another EE research pays off ! Great job ! Amazing that after almost 80 years that so much is right on the surface !
Yes very special to see that all there just laying around. Thanks my friend :)
Yes I'm glad your health is back and I hope it continues to be good. Thank you both for all yalls hard work. I so enjoy your videos. I cannot do this type of thing do to my disability. I cannot believe how tall EE is getting!!

Are you allowed to metal detect?
One can metal detect many places yes. Thanks.

He sure did well there and very glad for that. Thanks from us :)
You can tell a lot was going in that area at one point in time. And there probably are a lot of little treasures scattered around there.
Could very well be and thanks for being here :)
😮 what a fascinating story. Well done Eagle eyes. 😎👍❤️✌️
Many thanks!

Yes there are just too many pieces to be able to do that i feel. Interesting place for sure and thanks so much for your great support :)
Wonder how big the explosion was when they set it off? Also wonder how much unexploded ordnance got spread around by the explosion?
Must have been crazy loud for sure and we did not see any dangerous stuff laying around but i guess there could be buried stuff there. Thank you so much for your great support :)

We thank you Mario and send our greetings to you :)
Those pieces of metal are shrapnel from the explosions!
ok and thanks for watching :)
A good bit of work by EE, he's becoming a right Sherlock Holmes with his research into things. A career with the NSM may well beckon.
He sure is getting pretty good at some of this stuff. Thanks and more to come :)
Wow what a fantastic location. Don’t even need a metal detector. Crazy.
Loved this place and so glad EE found that image. Thanks.
EE is getting so big seems so fast
yes he is growing like a horse :) Thanks.
Great job, EE.
Thank you! Cheers!
I used to lift uxo outer the ground and very carefully removed the fuse and viola

What is munitions? Do you mean ammunition? Like bullets ect? Or is this something different?
Ammunition yes. Thanks.
Häftigt, det måste ju vara mängder med grejer kvar i marken där❤
There is for sure , tons of it :) Thanks Daniel :)
Adler Augen ist das Beste!
Thanks for being here :)
You ought to tell your president of where ever you are and tell him Dave wants to remove it or disposal but I'm retired 😂
Appreciate you comment and watch :)
What are the chances that the soldiers are allies and they are disposing of the munitions on the picture?
Well we actually dont know for 100 % sure. Thanks.
😊👍
Great to see you here my friend and we thank you for that :)
Interesting artifacts confirmed EEs discovery. Marvelous !! Thanks again both of you
So true and i loved to see all of that come alive. Thanks my friend :)
All the remnants of different shells and cartridges. History just laying all over the surface. Incredible !

@WW2HistoryHunter Onceagain thanks for taking us along and a big thumbs up to EE for his idea to find this place.
Your right that's what I think it was many years ago it was probably the German army that disposed it and the yanks the sas were somewhere round their cos that burned for 8 months
