@@gonzojones8422 it's relative. Relative to the other United players and relative to other fullbacks in world football. Ferdinand, Vidic and Stan were seen as some of the best CBs in the world. Scholes and Keane the best CMs. Schmeichel and Van der Sar the best keepers etc. In comparison Neville wasn't seen as world class in the same sense. He played a similar time to Cole (older obviously) and it was obvious to everyone that watched football Cole was the superior player. Cole is an example of a world class fullback and Neville clearly wasn't that tier of player. Cafu for example was a RB that was world class and Neville just wasn't at that level. He was definitely dependable but it's like how Azpilicueta has been dependable for Chelsea. In his prime he was world class but he's no Dani Alves, Lahm or even at the level of the next generation like Reece James. That's why people compare Neville to players like Walker. It's not as if fullbacks from that era can't compete with the fullbacks of today. Most people are still taking Cafu over Walker. It's just that Neville wasn't world class in that sense snd the Premier league has never really had the best RB in the world until recently.

Its criminal that Dwight Yorke only won one individual award that season - he had the most goal contributions of any player in Europe's top leagues (29 goals, 19 assists) and was a key part of the first English team to win a treble.
To provide more context: Ginola won the 1999 PFA Player of the Year with 3 goals + 10 assists in the league and no trophies, Yorke registered 18 league goals and 11 assists and won the league and FA cup. Rivaldo won the 1999 Ballon D'or after registering 29 goals and 18 assists across all comps and won only La Liga.
Barcelona didn't make it out of the Champions League group stage that season. They played United twice with both games ending 3-3. Over those games, Rivaldo scored 2 goals, Yorke registered 1 goal and 1 assist. Yorke came 11th in the Ballon D'or that season. Disgrace!

United's treble winning campaign: FA Cup run included wins vs Liverpool and fiercest rivals Arsenal. During United's UCL run, they faced Bayern and Barcelona in the group of death, then Inter Milan with R9 and Simeone in the quarter finals, then faced Juventus in the semi-finals (this Juventus team had reached 4 consecutive UCL finals!), and Bayern again in the finals.

You can't take Grealish's G+A and compare it to Giggs. Different era, different systems. Giggs and Beckham aren't "forwards" in a 4-4-2, they are wide midfielders who hold their positions wide. The players that attacked the box are the two strikers and late runners into the box from midfield (mostly Scholes).
The fact that Scholes and Beckham almost have 20 G+A from midfield that season is incredible. Add that to Yorke and Cole who had 20+ G+A each and don't forget Ole Gunnar Solskajer coming from the bench racking up goals as well. It is one of the best attacking teams ever without relying on one or two goalscorers.

You can't compare Yorke's position to KDB either but Neville does it in this segment. The comparisons are unfair in both directions.

To be able to consistently get 90+ points is a crazy feat, even if they don't have the treble, it really is just that teams are more remembered for what they won rather than the manner in which they won.
