Don't feel bad, I've worked in KC my entire life, and I've never heard of it, either (Beverly Estates)., Hallbrook is awful. New money, snobby people, horrible soil and rock in which your entire landscaping and lawn struggle. EVERY street is lined with Rosehill Ash, and because of the emerald ash borer, all the street trees in Hallbrook are dying. Most of the costruction happened in the 90's, and it's not good quality. I've worked at several homes that had large sections of stucco just crack and fall right off the house. Best place in Kansas City? If you can afford it, Sunset Hills.

Western Shawnee is the best part of KC low crime and decent among of stores

Yeah, I can see that! I guess it would depend on what you're looking for. Some people find that too far from Downtown.

Definitely in my opinion anywhere outside Kansas City mo “proper” is the best part of Kansas City. Too much crime and shootings
