Can you take the circular mount off of the swivel? I want to use this with a different car mount that uses the universal ball style mount like this one

@@TechNovelTies it’s actually worked. Buy their non charging Mount, remove the screw that holds that many call together, then fit in your apple MagSafe charger. It’s the same circumference.

@@TechNovelTieshonestly I love Mous and will continue using their cases but this mount was a failure. Mine lasted 6 months before the suction cup broke away from the mount itself. I had the Mous limitless 2.0 mount back in the day which was actually insane build quality, a stupidly thick suction cup and metal construction it lasted forever and stuck to anything. This one only stuck to my windscreen (I tried tiles for use in the kitchen and it wouldn’t stick) but it still broke. I’ve filed a warranty claim but honestly I’ll probably request a refund because it seems this is a common issue as they don’t make them anymore

@@TechNovelTies yeah honestly it caught me by surprise, I’d noticed it getting looser recently but thought it was because of the sun (I’m in the U.K. so it’s not crazy hot or anything) but today I pulled my phone from the mount and the mount came with lol I’m sure they’ll sort it for me, it’s just a shame
