It’s hard to comprehend a music festival bringing so many people together like this and being the source of such national pride and unity. Speaking as an American of course. Not to mention that you can watch the entire thing on TV without commercials or the hosts talking over the entire thing. We couldn’t even watch the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics with all that great music without NBC hosts giving an endless running commentary. And then they went to a fucking sitcom that absolutely no one wanted to watch and that was it. I hate everything.
Some people in Britain mean about the tv licence fee, and right wingers worldwide criticise BBC news, but I don't mind paying about £180 a year. Netflix and Amazon aren't free. The BBC does music, sport, comedy and loads more with NO ADS. Definitely worth the money. It's very hard to get a ticket for Glastonbury these days so I appreciate being able to see the main stages.
Sums up Glasto 2022 perfectly and using what was the standout performance on the main stage for me to bed the whole montage. Great choice. Congratulations to whoever edited this and thank you sooo much to the BBC for their incredible coverage. You nailed it.
I listen to this almost everyday with headphones, It's just the most amazing live performance - Sam Fender is awesome and comes across as a great guy too
As an American, this is one of my bucket lists to go to for sure. Seems a lot better than Coachella, just the vibe and all around feels it gives from watching these videos. Hope to see ya one day Glastonbury!
Wow! I am stunned with the background sound and I am watching it because of a clip with the Wurzels about Glastonbury, because of seeing an insta stories about the Wurzels playing an awesome version of Ruby!
@@mrsolodolo5770 I have developed a deathly allergy to marijuana.. so i either have to mask up for the entire thing, or hope no one lights up near me for an entire day
having the same car as everyone else, going to hols to places like everyone else, wearing the same clothes like everyone else. Keeping up with the Johnses....thats Glasto 😂😂

Its true, life is better in the UK.
How do you watch it in America live?
We have to pay for no commercials

I was wondering what the fuck she thought she was doing lol! She clearly thinks she’s cool. 🤣🤣
truly the best festival in the world.
Whats 2? Coachellas weakened its brand having multiple festivals and the mass commercialisation
😂😂
@@04mdsimps fuck coachella. Its boring audience.
@@04mdsimps Burning Man? Coachalla until 2014 then it got too flooded with influencers.

Loved how they've chosen Sam Fender as the top pick. 🥳 Him and Paolo Nutini at the Rabbit Hole were the greatest highlights!

The Brit’s rock!

Well done to the BBC team that got the broadcasting done!
Goosebumps all the way 💕
Some great music! I adore Paul McCartney, but the best act by far for me was Sam Fender. Their sound is consistently great ❤

Fender's good...but McCartney is McCartney. Living legend.

You got no idea how happy it makes me hearing Sam be the music for this epic recap.

It was good. But Noel singing Oasis bangers beat it for me
Went in 16 and 17 have tried everytime since to no avail! Hopefully 2023 :)
I would highly recommend working there, the crew bars make it even better!
