      Yeah. Terry is a loud boisterous old man. Can be very brash. He is an oxymoron. He’s humble and brash. He can be so prideful yet humble at the same time. He’s not flawless but I’ll bet you if he’s your friend you will have a good one for life.

      @@Thebookofeellii Yup! Isn't that a part of retrospection in everyone's life at some point? It's one of those ugly/beautiful things. Looking back on one's life, even the bad times are perceived as good times because of the value they add to the total package of the experience. Despite all of the negative, they're where they're at today and Troy truly shows clearly how happy he is for Jimmie.

      Agreed. Troy's tears were a great accent to the overjoyness, but Bradshaw's frat boy screams of happiness were awesome and shows a truly great friendship is there. Great moment for television. We need more of them.

      One of my coworkers was a huge Steelers fan. His wife got him in to get an autograph. Terry shook his hand. My coworker was suffering from esophageal cancer. Young, in his 30’s. He came on the Monday beaming and said to me - I don’t care what happens (My Name). I got to shake Terry Bradshaw’s hand! Sadly he lost his battle later that summer. Here’s to you, Fred. It’s been many years now, but I still hear you saying this to me.

    Troy looking down at his former coach and mentor , knowing the role he played in helping Jimmy get to the hall of fame reflecting on their accomplishments and knowing that this was the final thing left to accomplish , seeing his coach who was a young man when they first met to now an elderly man and knowing they have come full circle and that all the stories have been told and there is truly nothing left to do other than ride off into the sunset .     As a non Cowboys fan I will say this with my chest. This was WAY WAY overdue. Back in the 90’s the Cowboys looked unbeatable every year and a large part of that was JJ. He is an amazing coach, analyst, and person.

    Had me crying when Jimmy was talking then when I saw Troy crying it made me cry even more. I remember when I was a kid watching the Dallas Cowboys with my father and having jimmy coaching them along side with Troy, smith and Irvin. How I miss those days

    As much as I don’t like the Cowboys, this was a great moment. Jimmy Johnson going into the Hall of Fame and Troy Aikman getting emotional and happy for him was awesome to see. Congratulations Jimmy Johnson. You deserve it!

    Growing up as a kid in the 90s gettin to watch the Cowboys, I still get choked up watching this. His reaction, Troy’s reaction, his tv crews reaction is priceless. Way overdue. He should’ve never had to wait this long. God bless this man!

    Troy silently crying and looking at his mentor and friend become a historical member of the NFL. I teared up. I almost was named Troy after that man.
