This is one of my favorite rides at Six Flags Great Adventure.
They didn't do such a hot paint job on that. Medusa's lime green is starting to peek through.
Melkor that's just due to the new paint fading away. I'm shure it didn't do that when it opened. It's B&M though, so at least it's good.
I remember riding this back when it was medusa, and riding it like 10 times in a row at 9pm when it was bizzaro. Great coaster

Yesterday, I went on the ride twice in a row after eating a cheese burger and fries with soda... I didn't puke. AM I INVINCIBLE?
Favorite coaster at GA. It's in the back of the park so the lines are always short. Not the most intense but a nice smooth ride with plenty of inversions. Very underrated.
I love the fact that I am a New Jerseyian. We have some of the best rollercoasters in the world. We also have the tallest rollercoaster in the world.
It's for the on-board audio system. They replaced the trains this year and got rid of the audio, and now there are four seats in the back row.

I met "Bizarro" as Medusa on the rollercoaster tycoon 2 and it was strange as bizarre..but my passion is like medusa!
I really wish they've kept the onboard audio. It would've made my experience on this coaster 10X better, with this being the first (and so far only) floorless coaster I've ever ridden
If you wanna ride this I suggest you to sit in the front if your a newbie like me. It's a fun ride but it's way faster than it looks!

The ride used to be Medusa but they painted it and changed some tracks 0:15
The very first one I did was Psyclone at Magic Mountain in ~2004. That was back before RUclips and then I lost the video and others I took then. The first ones I shot that went online are Goliath and Deja Vu, they're still up if you search for them.

are you kidding? Bizarro at SFNE is one on the best coasters on the planet. Its designed to be safe, not to accomodate everyone regardless of size.
Epic Coaster! I love the theming. There could be a Bit more theming but it’s fine just the way it is. Once again this coaster is EPIC. The special effects as you go through the layout. My absolute favorite parks is when you go down the drop and into those Superman signs it has colors at night, it’s so cool!! The second good part is that you get fire shot out as u go through the dive loop.
Might be going on that today. I suffered from vertigo since I was 3, but haven't had an episode in almost 3 years. This has caused me great concern for inversions on coasters, but I'm hoping I've grown out of it or I might get very sick. I heard you don't get as sick on rides though anyway because you go so fast you never noticed. I'll probably take a test run on Batman first. Oh god I hope I don't regret this I HATE nausea.
Did and didn't. Went on Batman first, and I didn't get sick, but it was still too much for me. Still an improvement though, maybe someday. Thanks for your support!
Jacob Greenstone When I had went on batman, I got a headache afterwards and a little nauseous. In a month, I'm going with my friends on a school trip and I pray to God all is well and I dont get sick. It would be embarrassing and a buzzkill that Now they have to go on without me. Plus, the trip is going to be on my birthday, and I really dont want to get sick and throw up like I did in the past. I hope you and I both grow out of it :)

That apparently happened on this ride to people on the day I went to the park.
The rear travels at the same speed as the front, but because it's 40 feet behind the front you feel the speed at different parts of the track. So it feels faster.
went on this just as it got dark... so all the effects were soo much cooler, and was an excellent way to end the day

And the Bizzaro at Six Flags New England is absolutely nothing like this

Medusa was far better before they added all that crap to it. The sound is nothign but loud noise and the fire you can't even see...it doesn't need al that gimmekcy crap...it just needed a paint job. And yes, I know it's now called Bizarro but I refuse to call them these renamed comic book names, it's stupid. This is and always will be Medusa.

it used to be medusa. i like it..for me it is very smooth. all they did was repainted it and added superman figures and sculptures..still a bomb as ride!

from what i hear, Bizarro will not be removed. They took out the speakers to make room for extra seating in the last rows of the cars, or something of that perspective.

This ride is perfect for kids and adults who don’t like drops and going really high up I must say if you are scared of going upside down don’t do this but it’s a fun ride and super cool

The OG floorless. This ride was a big deal when it came out in 1999 as Medusa before a bunch of parks jumped on the bandwagon and got floorlesses.
I loved this one..specially the water splash.
Yeah... While I haven't been on the coaster since it had been re-themed, I have heard nothing about it being removed, it's going to be there for a long, long time- it's a very popular coaster at Great Adventure!

Well Scream is way in the corner off the beaten path at Magic Mountain, which means there's pretty much never a line... but it is over a parking lot......so Bizarro!

Ever been on this ride during the night or at dusk? Everything seems so much better ( The lights & Fire ) VERY ENJOYABLE!
I went on bizarro a bunch of times yesterday. I love it!
If it's anything like Colossus at Thorpe Park, then no. It's well known that certain designs of Intamin trains are hard to get into for a lot of people.
The rest of the space is taken up by the electronics for the on ride audio.
It's partly Six Flags' fault for all the confusion and arguing by branding two completely different coasters with the same name and similar themes. Bizarro at SF:NE has no inversions and no shoulder harness restraints, and is a rethemed Superman coaster. THIS Bizarro was formerly Medusa which was the prototype for the Batman: The Dark Knight coaster at Six Flags: NE. It is a similar ride as the Batman but not exactly the same. ALL three coasters are good, they are just different.

Bizarro is my #1 coaster (tied with Boulder Dash), but I still think it would be a good idea to replace the seats so they could accommodate people taller than 76 inches. That's only 6' 4", so I'm sure that there's a lot of people who would love to ride it but are too tall.

the best floorless coaster known to man! Better than Kracken better than Dominator better than hydra the revenge and better than the new one at cedar point that's for sure. It's been around quite awhile no floorless coaster has beaten it!
tslabjr7 I agree, the first is always best. If you didn't know, Medusa at Six Flags Great Adevnture was the first B&M Floorless coaster ever built, but then they re-colored, re-themed, and re-named Medusa as Bizarro.

That used to be Batman Knight Flight at Six Flags Worlds of Adventure. The Batman logo is still burned onto the trains if you look close. God I miss Batman Knight Flight and Six Flags Worlds of Adventure!!
