This new modular house has so much going on inside I'm not sure where to start! See for yourself! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the "Riverside." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,433 finished square foot(1,460 upstairs not included). Let me know what you think about the video! That pantry was definitely worthy of the dance! It even had a window!
The laundry room is perfect. Even has a space for an upright freezer.
I think there was a light switch there. not sure you could have a stand up.
@@joshuarawlins7793.....The ‘smart ones’ that built my second husband’s home, placed the light switch in the kitchen, halfway behind the refrigerator. But the refrigerator requires being away from the wall anyway, so it works. Then, in the master bedroom and laundry room, they placed the light switches almost two freaking feet away from the door! I’ve never seen such idiocy.
I love it too! Plenty space!
@Grace Be - I have a similar light switch snafu setup in my manufactured home. The hallway light switch is in the middle of the hall (right below the light itself) and the master bedroom light switch is about 3 feet in and around the corner from the doorway. So you have to walk in the dark to turn on lights to get you into the bedroom. 🙄🙄

Wow!!! A pantry big enough for a prepper. A big utility room. A summer closet and a winter closet. Huge bathtub, and a huge shower. AND a huge upstairs. Yes. I think I've found my dream home. 💜💜💜

I love that it actually has a utility sink an not a regular sink. Definitely my favorite room long with that pantry an tub.
I like the pantry, but we have an upright freezer and a second fridge, so I would need a little more space. The tub in the master bath could go away, and we would be very happy.
I love the closed concept floor plans. I find myself planing alterations to every house I look at. I don't want people to come to the door and see my dirty dishes.
I fainted when I saw the pantry. Loveeeeee this one. This is the one because of that pantry. I’ll even keep the carpets.

You can tell the Master closets are huge, they both have air conditioning vents in them. They are their own rooms! I love this house!

I love it 2 closets in the masters, one for winter clothes and one for summer clothes.
Wow!!! That pantry!!!! Dance Chance Dance!!!! I danced with you. That is awesome. There's room for a freezer in the laundry room!! 2 master closets? Wow. I think the other closet would be adequate. I would expand the bathroom. I thought you lost me when you opened the closet near the front door, but just wow.
this home has it all!! dedicated entryway with a coat closet, pantry, room for a freezer in the utility room, fabulous master closet, family hang out space, wow!
Oh my gosh! A pantry, place for a freezer and a tub in the master. Everything on my list!
My dream pantry!! Love the laundry room too. I would want the sliding door off the dining room though.
This home brought me to tear with the side door and the Arch doorways throughout the house because of my mom and dad made a home for us with same layout and it burn down when I was in the eight grade brought back Memories of my deceased mother I couldn’t stop crying while watching this home tears was poring like fountain of water down my face . Thank you for sharing .
For me, I like this "closed concept" floor plan better than the big wide open plans. The open plans are nice, but I like the flow of this place and you can't see right into the kitchen from the front door. Nice place!
It’s a win for everybody and if you have kids you can have them in the media room while the adult’s are in the living room or dinning room. Even if your husband or your kids and their friends are in the media room hanging out you can still have your privacy in the kitchen, living room or bedroom because the media room is at the back close to the laundry room and there’s a washroom right there so the other side of your house can still remain private. Really great layout!
I hate open concept and like it this way. Just personal preference I guess
The perfect house! Love everything! Do not need upstairs. It has perfect den for him, spare room for my crafts, extra room for company. Those arches, freezer space, pantry, coat closet in a real foyer!!!
This one is AHHH MAZING!!! So much storage. The pantry is huge! The master closets! Just so much great stuff!

You could even put a chest freezer in the pantyr and a second refrigerator in the laundry room.
Love the porch! The windows and doors in the living are great for a huge patio in the back.

I love the space in this house. This company has created some beautiful homes. Oddly enough, no subway tile. I really need that in my shower. This is a great reference for a layout
Wow! That home was amazing! I wasn't sure how I felt about the stairs in the dining area but I love it not sticking out like a sore thumb as soon as you walk in! If I could change one thing tho, it would definitely be the sliding glass door in the living room. Not a fan.

I want to thank you so much for encouraging those of us that have been holding off starting a channel. I personally have wanted to start one for a long time and have let my fear of not being able to learn to edit well, not having the perfect equipment and just being nervous, get in the way. I actually was an actress long ago so I really have no excuse to be camera shy.
As for this home. It checked off all the boxes for me. My heart about stopped when you opened the door to the pantry. Wow. All I need in there is a sink under the window and I would be in heaven. Fabulous home. Happy holidays to you, your wife and your adorable little boy.

This home, minus the second floor, is the perfect size and floor plan for me. That sitting and thinking area in the first master closet is great. Beautiful master shower, too.

The kitchen, Chance, the kitchen!!! And that pantry! It’s big enough to be another bedroom! The bedrooms are huge & I’m LOVING the master closet! The master bath has a tub & I’m loving the second master closet & since this grandma’s divorced, I get both!!! This house is AMAZING!!! I even love the furniture & art on the walls! And Chance, we do love your goofy self. 😊

Must tell you, my husband LOVE’s HGTV! And honestly, he’s zany enough to be Chip’s dad! So funny! But he love’s Home Town because he loves to build things and really has learned a lot from Ben. Nothing wrong with guys liking HGTV!

The best thing in that Master Get-away is the beautiful tile work for the shower. I never met anyone who needs that much closet space. Really nice looking place.

So I know I'm a little late to the show but the thing I like about that house is the media room I feel like if you took out the carpet and put wood you could turn that into a nice cigar lounge or like a library or an office or whatever That's what I like about that house
Oh My Goodness, that was the best surprise ever! Beautiful pantry AND pantry dance! I loved those deep, long drawers in the island, right across from the oven, perfect for pots and pans! I loved everything about that utility room! The closets in that master bedroom were perfect! I loved the media room and that second story could have room for a couple of extra bedrooms, a bathroom and even another media/family room! Thanks for sharing this one with us Chance!!!

Nice, but I would turn that first Master closet into a small computer room/den. Just a small place to be alone. As for the second story its nice and great for a growing family, For someone like myself I would opt out of the second and just make it a nice ranch.

I agree about the First Master Closet. I too was thinking of the various ways I could use that space especially since it has a beautiful window/natural light.
It would also be great to use as a nursery so that baby is close by but parents still have their own privacy

I realize the manufacturer won't do this but just once... I'd LOVE to see a finished upstairs, just to get ideas on what can be done ... I know a bonus room but.... A visual would be great... Even a computer generated idea

Wow, it's perfect! It has more space than I would know what to do with! Since I like front porches, it could most likely be 10 feet deep. And that would be it. Like you I was caught off guard by the pantry, It's huge!! The attic was so huge you can have private quarters upstairs. WOW!
