I could not physically love this episode more. It would be impossible. I love it to the limits of what reality could possibly allow
Jacob and Julia absolutely losing their shit over Merobiba while Nathan has absolutely no response is the closest anyone has ever come to thirdwheeling on an episode.
The paradox though is that Nathan's silence is doing so much comedic heavy lifting, it somehow functions as the comedic 'straight man' in a way that is different from actual absence. I guess what I'm saying is, you have to listen to the jokes they're not saying lol

Merobiba is just one more bit that proves how much I love Julia's sense of humor. When you watch old drawfee, she kind of sits quietly with a small smile on her face, and I like to think all these bits were just rolling around in her head, and it wasn't time for them to be born yet.
The stupid anti-joke power of "I'm Merobiba" is so powerful, I couldn't help but laugh, and it somehow was funnier the tenth time than it was the first. Also, my favorite part was Nathan's laugh as he was reminded that he wanted this to be a banger episode, and also "if you can't handle me at my..." was amazing too. I can't wait to see the view stats on this one lmao

My favorite thing about the Merobiba bit is that it's so formulaic, I can always hastily swallow whatever I'm drinking and thus avoid choking while laughing. Jury's still out on how the same punchline keeps making me laugh so hard, I think it might just be Julia's infectious delight.
I don't know, and then the same intonation came back during the Paul Hollywood one and overweeerped made ma laugh every time as well. Jacob ventured into Tom a Da Cruise and Emma de Blunt territory as well.
