Transpirational Havening: The Simplest & Most Effective Tool for Moving Emotions & Healing Fatigue

  • Transpirational Havening is my #1 most cherished tool for moving and processing difficult emotions and healing old emotional wounds. Wounds from our early life that have been trapped in our bodies for many years are much more difficult to not only access but get moving again to flow through and out of us. That's where Transpirational Havening comes in. The soothing touches performed for the technique create Delta brainwaves, a signal is sent to our amygdala that makes it feel safe and secure. Combine this with speaking the feeling you are experiencing and you can release that emotion from its trapped place and in essence pull it through and out of the body. It is without a doubt the simplest and most effective tool I have ever encountered and use it any time I have a feeling I don't know what to do with or how to move and release. More remarkably, though, I have found it remarkably effective when I have a worsening of symptoms because those symptoms inevitably result in unpleasant emotions rising to the surface, but I am often unable to identify them or feel them until I use Transpirational Havening to move the emotion. I have found this tool to be life changing, and I don't say that lightly!! I encourage you to incorporate it in your emotional healing journey! It might just be the thing you've been missing to evoke profound change in your body. :)

    Havening is great, I've been using it for some time. One thing I added while doing the practice was saying out loud core feelings that I know from experience are underlying my condition. They might be different for others but for me they are "I am so scared" and "please help me". When I say these together with the havening, pretty soon I am yawning like crazy, which is a sure sign of the parasympathetic nervous system being activated. It's also led on occasion to related old feelings, a lot of crying. Though that wasn't specifically what I was aiming for.

    Just a tip I would go very gently and slowly when doing this. Really let the body know you want to nurture it and take care of it. Humans are not use to gentleness and softness. Collectively we are very hard on selves. Gentleness is essential when communicating with the body via touch.
    Slowly and Gently.

    You’re so awesome😊 You speak so clearly on this and it’s exactly what I needed right now. I know exactly what core emotions trapped trying to come out or major symptoms. I just suppressed feeling angry and rageful furious from mother for two weeks then in bed all week with old symptoms horrible like haven’t felt for years - and during this time realized I’ve been in abusive relationship w her for 35yrs. The angry feelings are coming out my via my biceps and calves bc of stuck fight flight response and jaw. But head pain still there bc still contracted injured muscles. But so much coming up out. I do facial massage very similar. I have to rub my arms and hands vs stroke. You are so clearly articulating this though it’s such a gift to listen. I’m in core trauma healing it vs stuck - I have to keep telling myself bc this does feel bit unreal to be in this space when my entire life about to uplevel in huge way but fear of mother blocked me and now I know why.

    I chose a situation that made me super angry and frightened. This is my first go at havening. I used the word angry and instead of just this one situation, many instances/reasons for being angry flooded my mind through the years as I followed these instructions. So my question is: Is doing just one emotion such as anger transportable through numerous episodes of anger, or is one to apply havening multiple times per episode per emotion? I did cry like an angry child and will continue. Your work is stellar; I deeply admire you.

      Hello! ✨ I'm so glad this information was helpful! I'm sorry I actually haven't made a video on Event Havening, only because I don't use it on a regular basis. I do plan to make one at some point, but for now, there are others on RUclips who have made videos on it (someone on here suggested the Paul McKenna Event Havening video on YT).
      In brief, Event Havening is the same 3 strokes as Transpirational Havening but you also add in moving your eyes back and forth to the right and left for a bit (maybe 30 sec), then just the strokes again, then count backwards from 100 by 7s as you do the strokes, then just the strokes again, then imagine yourself taking steps down a staircase and counting them one by one backwards, then back to just the strokes. Meanwhile, whenever you're just doing the strokes, you can conjure the image of that disturbing event, before alternating to the thoughts of counting, eye movements, etc. It's essentially a more complex and soothing form of self-administered EMDR, if you're familiar with that.
      Again, I apologize I don't have a video on this yet! I hope that description helps. And thank you for the push to do one sooner rather than later. Wishing you so much luck and love in your healing! 💖🙏💕

    What would you say to someone who can't feel much of any emotions? Like there is no energy for them anymore..

    • @emotional-answers
      @emotional-answers  Год назад +9

      Hi Ivan! I would say you are in good company!! Not being able to feel much of any emotion is a super common unconscious pattern that was probably learned in early life. It's super common in people who have chronic illnesses because the illness is often caused by the trapped energy that we're not able to easily access and feel. I'd have to know more about how you're feeling and your situation to be able to answer better, but I'll say that shifting that pattern is a process of creating trust with your inner self again. One of the most important roles that Havening has played in my healing journey is just that - helping me to build trust with my inner self/inner child again - it's been a way of showing her that I'm there for her even when I don't know how/what to do. So whenever I was feeling bad, whether there was a concrete emotion or just a down/yucky/pissed off/apathetic/whatever feeling, I would start to Haven to show my inner self that I was there for her. Sometimes an actual emotion would come up, sometimes not. But I would offer that the reason emotions aren't coming up could be that your body doesn't trust that it'll be loved if they do. Again, I can't say exactly because I don't know your situation, but that's what experience with these patterns has taught me. I hope that helps! :) Wishing you all the best in healing those emotions that are currently hiding from view! Let me know if I can help in any way.

      You may want to try Joe Dispenza's heart brain coherence meditations. Also, not feeling is a sign mental exhaustion. You could try progressive relaxation at night. Also, try a loving-kindness meditation where you place pictures of yourself in chronological order and try to give unconditional loving-kindness and respect and compassion from the first photo, if you find it hard, find someone like a niece or nephew, or an aunt or grand parent, feel the love for them and then pass it one ro your pictures. If that's hard and you are still numb, just have intent or give a master command or do se affirmations that you can feel.

    What if I need to go to work or school and have other responsibilities and get triggered a lot? I can’t take a 20 to 30 minute break to do this all the while… Could the emotions be processed afterwards in the same day maybe?

    • @emotional-answers
      @emotional-answers  6 месяцев назад

      Very likely, yes! And yes absolutely it can be tricky when we're not in a space where we can go off and do Havening and release emotions. I would say try to do Havening strokes each day, even if you don't have emotions come up because it calms the nervous system and also starts building the neural pathway of unconditional love and condition within yourself. Then, when triggers do come up, you may be able to just do the hand rubbing one under your desk, for example, and it'll tap into the love/connection/safety wiring you've already started to create. And then yes, when you get home of have a moment of quiet to yourself, see if you can conjure up that feeling you had during the day again (or maybe it never left since the triggering moment), and then do full-on Havening then. I hope that helps!! 🙏💖

      Read Dr. Claire Weekes' book, 'Self-Help for your Nerves' from 1962 - she has a handful of terrific tools and Shad Helmsetter's 'What to say to yourself When you Talk to Yourself' - about writing affirmations and how you want your body to react in a scenario. Also, you can process the event that night but you want to visualise yourself being calm and collected and dealing with whatever comes up. Add in full flush niacin (b3), a 'b' complex, magnesium, vitamin d3 (plus k2). Just my two cents.

    What if the issues are hair thinning? That wouldn’t necessarily be the crown? Right? It could be coming from gut issues which I assume would be an adrenal issue. I also have fatigue issues as well.

    • @emotional-answers
      @emotional-answers  7 месяцев назад

      Great question! ✨️Symptom locations often correlate with the chakra there but not always. Hair thinning is still just speculative for me because I have not experienced re-growth yet in areas that have thinned (so I haven't healed that wound yet lol), but I associate it with fear (involving bottom 3 chakras), which yes also includes the gut! But it's survival fear...life/death which means childhood needs not being met. I think it could also have to do with an unconscious belief our physical appearance is essential for being loved and valued in the world (conditioned). What do you think? Do those resonate for you? 🤔💖🫶

      Hi Lisa! Thanks for asking this because I had never thought precisely about what part of speech we're looking for! Haha. For Havening, we want to finish the sentence "I feel..." So it would be an adjective. The adjective of regret is regretful, but I don't know about you, but that word doesn't have a lot of visceral sense to me. 😅 I think the most important thing is that you have a connection to the feeling the word evokes, so you could just use "regret" if that word has feeling for you!! Hope that helps! ✨️💖
