- A visit to Antica Macelleria Cecchini and their Steakhouse Solociccia in Panzano (Chianti, Tuscany) to have the 6 course lunch menu. For more background stories on Dario Cecchini you might want to check his Netflix' Chef's Table episode
The lemon squeeze on the tartar was beautiful! Proud of you dude, I remember watching your vids when you weren't this popular and oddly had a lot of hate comments. I've always loved your film style, quality, and ASMR type relaxing content. Thanks for always sharing!
What a great way to experience so many different cuts of meat and different cooking methods! That looks fantastic!
I've been to Tuscany several times but never had the pleasure to visit this steakhouse. Much appreciated pointer👍
When Italian and french speaks English sounds like romance coming out from their mouth 😅
😂😂😂
😂
I would not only have the meat sweats but serious food coma afterwards. Drooling this whole episode.
Good to see you are still uploading ❤
The best 17 mins I've spent in a long time
Great video again. So nice to hear the words Thank you.
Now that was pretty fantastic right there fella! 👍🙏
One of your best
I love your film style. Fools me into thinking I can actually take that bite. 😂 Looks so amazing.
The cat at the end 😍
lol having just see Mark Wiens visit this recently i was trying to see if i can catch him in some of the background shots.
Sensacional , parabéns pelo belíssimo conteúdo 🍾🥂!
Mark Wiens just published his video and now this one.
It will be harder to get a reservation with the legendary Dario Cecchini.
Aden seems like a blast to sit next to in a communal setting 😂
I loved the cat scene. lol
Damn Aden, did that meal come with a side of ‘wheelchair’ and a free trip to the cardiac unit at the local hospital?!😂. Just giving you a hard time!! Excellent work as always‼️👍🙂
Really cool concept for a restaurant
0:06 i know this guy,it was in a show with Jamie Oliver ..he got old...Jamie came to visit this steakhouse
omg, mark weins was just here too. so cool to see ya'll at the same spot days apart.
Well this video just made me jealous. Delicious!
My wife and I had an amazing meal there with Dario.
I love how every single eye-talian is a natural born plumber like Mario and Luigi.
A-mama-a-mia!
The waitress was so cute, and the way she just casually said "di culo... the ass" was hilarious. No need to be politically correct. 😂 I'm also AMAZED that the entire experience is offered for only $55. 🤯 If that was here in the US, it'd be like $250. Incredible.
If this was in America, she and her family would already be scrutinized for 1) having her young daughter serve their helping her family 2) "disturbed" from the fact on how she merely joked about a cow's "ass" in front of a grown man 3) seeing family business as an "enslavement" and inherrentlt an evil thing and 5) just having a female daughter work there. They'd call it "r*pe", "slavery", "manipulation", and all the ridiculous likes.
+ oh and 5) referring her as "her" and without asking her preferred gender pronouns first, of course
Very appreciated the "joke" about the tuscany sushi, indeed !
But saw knife cutting meat I really cannot stand !
For that reason, in a "grill room", I will carry and use my personal sharp knife.
un paradiso.
Rispondendo a un commento letto sotto. Salse?
Exactly. (o:
bravooo!!!!yummy!
meat was so rare the only thing i could think @ 11:00 .... "...some fava beans and a nice chianti ....... f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f--f-ff "
Wow...look at the young girl, how sweet are her ❤
Watching this while munching on a plate of spaghetti.
And your point is...?
Our cultures and food suck. Please import your culture, your food to our countries please to save us. And maybe also your people too
+ the reason is probably due to Fiorentina being hung when they're cooked in their local restaraunts or sold in places that you'd usually decide to pay for a Fiorentina. In the US and the rest of the world outside of Europe, hanging beef is called "dry aging", which comes with a premium for the most of the time
Serrated knives in a steak house?!? NO!!! In all seriousness, $55 for all that fine steak is a bargain!
Aden, this is a great video and all, but you really need get back to cooking these giant slabs of beef in your backyard again with a dram of whiskey! I miss those videos!
😍😍😍😍😍
Novak Djokovic is grilling the steaks 😂
Solid price
That's sad to be given a saw to cut such beautiful meat...
4:00 😅
😋👍
HELLO COOKING TO

Mark Wein went to this spot too
ngl that first plate has me gaggin

All of them only 55$? 😍😄
Masih mentah😮
USDA prime, Australian beef, Scottish Angus and etc. usually come with far more fat content than a Fiorentina steak. You need to cook said beef variants over a certain degree- certainly not rare- in order to melt the fat content so that you don't get to taste the uncooked and raw fat that's usually unpleasing to the pallete. Fiorentina on the other hand has fat content so low, if you cook it medium or more, it will start to become noticably chewy, and is one of the rare beef variants that you can cook rare, just like grass-fed beef. It actually is a faulty trend that's been set to global gastronomy and steakhouses of taking high-fat beef, even something like A5+ grade Japanese wagyu then cooking it medium rare, which is actually a false consensus and confusion that fools us that it tastes better when it's actually worse.
a carnivore's delight -
i hope the waiters/waitress do smile a bit when serving, being hospitable is part in some restaurant training/seminar... it is not just about excellent quality of food..
The women are probably horrassed. Knowing the European Elites.
THIS is exactly why I will never go vegan.
Mfs just chopping almost Raw Meat
Stick to eating your 5$ well done
How much?
55 dollars - including a bottle of wine.
Shit any stak not cooked is damn good but how much csn you eat before your full of uncooked meat?
I don't think that's how tartare, or bodies, work
I just wanna know what does that raw beef taste like.
It's not raw that's how it's supposed to be eaten
Carpaccio of what??
Beats Salt Bae
Anything does
My friend.... Salt Bae it's a scamm!!!!!!😂😂😂
An Italian 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
I guess if you said medium rare, they would kick you out.

bro needs to sharpen that knife. no point in a granton edge if you have to wail every slice off. di culo appears to be top sirloin
😋🥳😅👨🍳
what did they put on the baked potato?
Pork fat I think
@@jm12green31 right on. thanks.
It’s called Lardo in italian
$55 per person and no tip.
Looks pretty sad to be honest, like a tourist trap. If you shoveled tartare onto a plate in front of me like that I'd get up and leave.
Here's me hoping in advance the comments won't be creepy and cruel towards the innocent girl that's just gladly helping her family out
But this meat isnt even cooked , What is this guy thinking here
I dont understand how you eat this kind of raw meat !
Sir... Probably cause you don't have a high quality meats...
I eat almost evry day Tartare or Albese carpaccio.... Searching for Piemonte (Piedmont) and maybe you can understand!!!!!!!!😮😮😅😅😅

Anyone can cook steak ,without cooking steak .
It’s delicious, but just understanding that’s its decaying flesh is mind boggling.
Just so loud, how can anyone enjoy their food like that...
only 50 euros.......cheap
If the sound of people having a good time and enjoying their food is so bothersome, there are plenty of hushed temples of food that you may prefer. Foe me this is delightful.
Oookay..... Continue to eat Goulash!!!!!!!! Ciaoooo 😂😂😂
looks like brual junk food culture to me compared to japan...
Oookay... So continue to eat Fugu...😮😮😅 Ciaoooo 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Inter3sting I did not see one steak left to “rest” after cooking. Straight off grill, cut and served. I am no chef …. I have simply spent Alot of time in many different US steak houses (entertaining clients) and in US “resting” meat in US steak houses appears to be a vital part of the process. Not saying one is right and one is wrong …. just mentioning what I noticed as interesting …. I know this guy is rock star famous in Italy (Anthony has been there) and certainly knows his craft as a master.
The Myth is also cook a steak at room temperature. Total BS its better very cold to keep the middle rare.
Rest it if it's a roast
