A proper decadent Burger from fancy Tuscany, Viareggio. But yes really I wouldn’t mind a bite of that Rossini, does it sing as well? and some liquid gold from Lucas. 🤤

It’s toasted to then absorb the luscious sauce and steak juices, similar to how seared foie gras would be paired with a sweet fruity sauce and toasted brioche.

A work of art, to be sure, but it is less than rare. Too chewey and basicallt a well-seared beautiful un cooked steak. You are an artist, though.
