Nice one, this could also be a Portuguese recipe, but with the fish higher up on the grill so it doesn't dry out. We usually grill it outside and never put it in the oven after grilling. Either we grill, cook on the stove or bake in the oven.
My family is from Spain. We ate a lot of fish and my grandmother covered it with a salsa verde from herbs and spices that was similar to the one in this videos. The only salsa verde that requires tomatillos and chiles is the Mexican style, which I can every year when my chiles and tomatillos are producing.
