@@deton8811 if you do not have the helminth yet do not worry as volt prime can nuke without an armor strip atleast upto lvl40 enemies if you have a good set of mods on, there will be a few enemies left over but all is not lost if you are in the early game like i am, im just about to get thew helminth and have been nuking with volt prime from the beginning of the game 'i did plat buy my mods though'
Just so everyone knows, you don’t need to use growing power. Try molt vigor as well as molt augmented. Molt vigor at only rank 4 will give you plus 39% ability strength after an operator ability cast for you next Warframe ability. This also opens you up for Zenuriks energy well ability for the operator this ability at max grants 150 energy over thirty seconds. This also leads to a passive ability after WellSpring (energy well) the passive is called Hardened Wellspring and grants an additional 20 seconds as well as 20 ability strength AND it increases the abilities range. This works perfectly on this build because it only works on your Warframes first ability, which is terrify in this case, and it’s a free arcane energize. This is MY PREFERENCE so please note that I am not saying that this build is bad. I simply enjoy giving people more options because not everyone has access to arcane energize or the plat to buy it.
Happy to see my third boy here, with the very first helminth build i have done. And to contribute i would like to share some personnal point i like, for non-endurance SP i think minimum of 4s eff duration is fine to the high dmg, i like to have less range and more base strength wich allow me to have more controle on my nuke range and ennemy spawn/movement and i would try to fit either natural talent or 2 amber shard if the build is based on the fourth abilitie, the last point is practically useless but i like to fit 4 augment on my fourth oriented build :x... whatever this vid is already great, what i am talking about.
Already re-watched this three times. A lot of good meat in this video. Really filled in some holes in my Volt game, thanks. Subscribed to hlep the channel out. Just knowing seeing how your getting to certain values or what values you were aiming for was a huge benefit.
Thank you bro! My goal is to make easily digestible informative content as this game is CONFUSING AF. Happy to hear you enjoyed and much thanks for the sub brother
Tried it. Nuke Volt builds only lasts around 10 mins in steel path. As soon as the Eximus units start popping out, the ones with overshields, the combo will only tickle their overall health. Then it will all come down to your weapons. Thats why in Steel Path, its best to prioritze Range and Duration to CC enemies longer, just enough for you to kill them with your weapons.
I find making builds that are almost instantly accessible to be the best way to lead to experimenting. While I do want people to watch my videos and use my builds, at the end of the day I am promoting creativity with these,
there was a similar build like this before that used ember's helminth, but that was way too power hungry, now this is what I would find a little more comfortable
I did a similar build (that isnt really a budget one. at least two forma. 4 and an umbral if you are adding primed footed like i did) which involves replacing fortitude with umbral vitality and intensify (health to fall back on and 55% strength with no duration loss), replace fleeting with streamline, and the augur mod with capacitance optionally. Archon shards can also be used to increase strength and duration as well as casting speed. I used 3 tau strength, 1 tau armour and 1 tau casting (you can swap armour for casting or strength but i like more effective health)
Is terrify REQUIRED or are there any other decent options? I'm fairly new and getting warframes to sacrifice are a little rough atm. Nonetheless great video and great build.
i personally use pillage and double cast it, removes status effects and grants overshields while permanently stripping away armor but getting pillage will be harder than it is to get terrify
Archon stretch gives 20 energy per cast when you use discharge becuase you still are doing electricity damage after the first 5s buff runs out, as long as your above 5s duration
Great build I'm definitely going to try this today. I would recommend you turn your game audio down a little bit sometimes it's difficult to hear what you're saying
Yea my audio was messed up for this video unfortunately. Not an issue in previous videos and won't be in later ones. Only noticed after I finished recording :/
Bruh I was wondering why they weren’t fully dying and was getting mad and then realised I was only level 15 from forma-ing and haven’t even maxed the abilities out yet😂😂😂😂
This is very similar to the nuke build i have - but 1 major difference which i think you could /should try - I run [Molt Vigor] Zariman instead of [Arcane Energise] then the zenurik school for energy well to fix my energy problems. This way you get the extra ability strength for his 4 with the arcane and energy with the focus school. And i run primed flow instead of rolling guard as i dont often go beyond 30 mins in S.P much and probably neither do probably 80% of the player base so i dont feel its needed.
Seems very reasonable! The only thing I do not like about Vigor is needed to cast an ability everytime. I know you do it constantly because of Zenurik but not my cup of tea. Thank you for the comment, I appreciate the tips.
build is really nice but the good thing is that you can achieve the same results in multiple ways, maybe bulding for strength with zenurik could also work. ima do some testing
Hi, i just need help cause i’m copying this build but i have a lot of survivability issues, even with rolling guard / shield gating i still get smacked by exilus and acolytes, maybe my choice of weapon isn’t good because kuva zarr isn’t doing much to the acolyte, any suggestions? thanks
Ok first don’t use the kiva zarr on acolytes, it’s a great AOE weapon but it isn’t great for acalytes. The build should kill them just fine. If your dying a lot then try Volt’s fourth augment called Capacitence, this augment grants you A LOT of overshields and if you have the auger mods then your shield gating will be off the charts. Hope this helps
I used the build in this vid except without the augur mods, fleeting or transient. Instead i used umbral vitality and umbral intensify (55 strength with no dura loss and hp to fall back on), streamline and capacitance like the guy above mentioned. This will cost two forma if you have no exilus slot filled. With primed sure footed i ended up using two umbral but couldve used 1 and 4 normal forma. Also you can use one tauforged amber shard to get casting speed and the rest can just be used for strength (or one of them for armour if you want some effective health).
i've done this but with capacitance, energy siphon and nourish, with no archon shards or arcanes i managed to survive an hour in orokin steel path survival solo without dying and extracted, literally the best survivability in the gam
when you said you can swap the breif respite and augur mods for something else does that include the augur mods on the epitaph or do they still need to be there?
If you drop the 2 on your build, use brief respite. If you keep the 2 on your build + brief respite, you do not need them on your pistol. You need atleast 4 augurs or 2 augurs + brief respite
Ehi what about subsuming Ember's Fire Blast? it's 25 meters at base stat and strips 50%-100% of enemy total armor. It's for all enemies around you instead of only 20.
Terrify goes through walls and provides a more permanent CC than fire blast alongside actually giving a full strip as a subsumed fire blast only does 75%
This is mod inefficient I think. Say for instance you use brief respite for shield gating and instead of augur message and reach, use umbral intensify and constitution, you gain a better shield gating mechanism, some more duration and consistent armour strip and str at cost of come range. Here range is not that important as the number of targets with no armour are limited, so if you hit an enemy in another room with discharge who isn't armour stripped you essentially don't do damage. I personally would not go for efficiency and just go zenurik for 20str and energy regen. But I also have natural talent in build.
of course, a 4+ forma build which may or may not contain umbrals is going to hit harder. who needs an extra dmg tick if your ticks deal twice the dmg as the one in this build! however, what I love about kyaii's build is that it allows players who've just gotten to steel path to nuke their way through levels with a fairly easy to obtain prime with 0 forma. I'm 2 umbral forma's and 2 regular forma's deep and run volt with growing power and power drift, and he's slapping harder than this build. but you can't really compare the two. It's a great framework to start from!
