For anyone who say the tier list is trash I wonder if y’all just didn’t read the title besides tier list. This tier list is rating them based on void cascade so the ranking is going to be vastly different from normal gameplay.

I'll be honest with you, it's an excellent tier list, mainly because it's limited to a very specific niche such as the level cap and void cascade, so it doesn't fall into generalities. Without a doubt, it's a W tier list and a very good concept.
I love the unscripted/uncut video. Just listening to this video is incredibly nice. Also I much prefer this kind of tierlist over just general tierlist. So much more informative. Fantastic job, definitely a sub and like earned :D
Zephyr is clearly the most easiest to reach level cap with in Cascade. When you were thinking about where to put her I was a bit skeptical but the way you moved her to SS made me smirk.

@@fishinghat1937 This multiplicative buff is ONLY 100% where mirage can reach nearly 800% on low investment high strength builds Also theres a plethora of weapons that have multiplicative gun CO which can easily reach over 100% For a single ability to only grand 100% dmg vulnerability, its actually suprisingly bad compared to ALL the other sources we have of multi dmg vulnerability is it nice? yes but its not a faction bonus like roar, its not 800% like mirage its not even jade, who buff multiplicatively AND additively, for massive damage out of all the dmg buffing sources in the game it still falls short
Harrow is my main and I'm glad someone finally recognizes his power and utility. Sure he has to be a bit selfish to get his support going but if you're not able to kill as a Harrow then either you're bringing bad weapons or don't know the frame
Exaaaaactly I mained harrow for a loooong time when he came out, and coming back to the game hes only gotten stronger. Lots of the gripes people have with warframes really boil down to skill issues xD
@@andrewvazquez9557 No helminth, hes perfect as is. Normally theres some sorta ability you can take off from a frame, but harrows all work perfectly and are great. IF you wanna take something off, you can take off his 4th, but its still an amazing ability
@@andrewvazquez9557 i have a recommendation as a Harrow main for SP Cascade and Level Cap, use Pillage instead of Condemn, you will lose crowd control but will gain instant shield regeneration if used correctly and Armor Strip, build for +200% strength and duration, range and efficiency doesn’t matter because Pillage AoE grows overtime and with thurible you have ridiculous amounts of energy regen, and since Pillage is uncastable you can use it to have shields on demand as long as you have it constantly running, which works perfect for shieldgating, the only big flaw is that it requires enemies with armor to get shields and if you strip all your enemies of it you will be in deep trouble, but that rarely happens unless you dont kill enemies at all.
Her invisibility breaks when shooting so using a zaw really helps. And using her motes as instant teleports can help you get out of sticking situations
The her 2s invis is unbreakable till its duration runs out, but her passive invis gets cleared by any attack regardless of it being a silenced or melee weapon.
That's just flat out wrong. Her invis does not get broken by melee attacks. This is straight from the wiki itself: Invisibility is not affected by Melee weapon strikes, allowing Wisp to freely use them without making her visible. A Warframe youtuber that goes by the name Moug showcased a glaive build that abuses her passive. She's invisible the whole time. @@CarrionLoverr

@@QuirrelSquad, yup thats how that works but its only within a certain a range from the enemies. So if you're slightly away from the enemy, you can still be seen and shot at. It also becomes a problem especially when you can't guarantee not attacking or shooting
@@QuirrelSquadshade will give invisiblity as long as you don't shoot or use melee if you use abilities it will not stop it's invisibility, xaku main source of damage is ability so you can infinitely remain invisible

Honestly great video. You dgreagood job of going over each warframes' strenght and short comming. I think it does highlight the inherent problem with tier lists as most frames could be placed just about anywhere and are too diverse to compare them so directly. Also check out well of life as a subsume for a status clense and healing (probably not enough healing tbh)
LOL Hes super great, tons of comfort and ease of use, he essentially is harder to kill than revenant when running his safeguard switch augment. Only issue is he suffers with damage buffing abilities, but xatas or roar or any other buff ability can be put onto him so its ezpz
I skipped to the end and was super surprised by some placings (Loki and Titania), but when I went back and listened to your reasoning it was super clear WHY you had them there, and I find that really cool!
@@keppochuppu Yeah, I've only done 1 levelcap run (with a sirocco and baruuk of all things) and I can tell you that baruuk's survivability doesnt scale for shit and his damage falls off around... 6k I think? Im def taking voruna with an influence weapon next time I run it fs

@@keppochuppu yeah me too haha, my primary build i use eclipse over javelin, i dont use PSF and i use warrior's rest, whenever i'm about to get knocked down i slash dash to avoid it. eclipse is nice cuz i get 87-127% dmg or the 75% dmg reduction on top of adaptation and i use arcane blessing for more EHP, two purple melee crit dmg shards, 2 duration shards and a green tauforged corrosive stack shard.
Gotta say, extremely goated tierlist. Aimed at a specific content so there's a clear goal in mind, and it's easy to tell that you really tried to make (almost) each frame work and put credit where it's due. Also unscripted goes hard

I think Garuda should probably be in the 'Nerf Me Daddy (SS) tier' since she is now able to use her blood mirror on overguarded enemies, which means she can lunge thrax, which means thrax EHP -> Bloodball, which means with a remotely decent strength build she can just lunge then instafire a blood ball and wipe them. That with nourish, or the lesser known quirk that her passive is MULTIPLICATIVE with Roar makes her a real monster if you are the type of player who likes playing actively. Or you have a single revenant on your team with the hit (fair and balanced) mod [mesmer shield]. Easily my favorite frame, despite the need for 3-4 Tau Casting speed, and Kavat's Grace to solve the whole 4 not resetting gravity thing. This was a fun video to watch in the background, thanks for making it!

You’ve become my favorite Warframe RUclipsr. I love that you create builds for what you love doing in the game, not just what is most efficient. It just happens that the content you like, level cap, requires a modicum of efficiency 😅
Very good tierlist imo! I've been trying to make atlas work on levelcap with roar over his 2, and I finally got something to work somewhat consistently. If only his 1 would make him fully invincible during punches instead of only his health, and his 2 cost 50 instead of 75, he'd be so much easier to use. Right now he really needs either protective sling, which is a not ideal in void cascade, or a martyr devolution panzer to keep him from randomly getting oneshot if you run out of enemies.
@@brushslug yeah it's really rough on atlas, his kit is just dated and it needs some touch ups. The fact his punch works like slash dash really sucks as you don't really get a break from the damage
@@keppochuppu Good to hear this :) I'll be waiting and for the part why you don't see a lot of Voruna players the main reason is many don't know how to play her and usually build her as a tank frame instead of a DPS one and then they say that Kullervo is better cause of "survivability"
This video was really cool! Xaku was a bit lower than I thought he’d be. I would recommend playing him with covenant (Harrow’s subsume ability) subsumed over his 1. It’s just really nice and easy shield gating and the way it looks and sounds makes it feel thematically perfect for Xaku!
You didn’t mention it in the video, but I love using dagath with a weapon platform build. Grave spirit and a damage buff helminth ability is great. With good damage, an armor stripping ability, and invincibility, I’m surprised she didn’t get into at least A tier. Loved the vid!
@@keppochuppu I would imagine the issue you'd run into in level cap would be the downtime without invuln, as you can't lower that with stats, so KpM would matter a lot.
@@keppochuppu300% Duration is an absolute game changer and with 2 Glaive throws your back invincible for 30 more seconds, and you can just get creative with the helminth, I usually go wrathful advance or nourish Also with the Augment removing doom is wayyyy better than removing wryd scythes because Wyrd Scythes is a good viral primer, Slow enemies significantly, and can still spread doom in 3.
I've always mained Oberon since like 6 yeara ago. And I agree with your opinion... I've tried all kinds builds on him, but he doesn't really have a chance on lvl200+ SP. He might manage to survive but it would be extremely unstable, and depends on a mission type, he might still fail on a mission even if he manages to stay alive. I've been mainly running Harrow, Dante and Frost for end-end game contents. They're still not the best, but the best among Warframes I enjoy playing the most.
Harrow Dante and Frost are STELLAR endgame frames- if youre struggling it could be a build issue- for sure take a look around and see what people are using for them ! Id say only frost tends to struggle at level cap, but all 3 offer dummy survivability and dmg potential As for Oberon, I would love to see a rework dive much farther into the druid aspect of him. Ive been working on a super thought out rework for him!
I think your build ideas are quite neat! It really does seem like you've got very comfortable experience with a wide variety of these frames in void cascade/level cap. I will say, there are a couple of times where I'd argue you're neglecting other game systems like void keys for easier shield gateing and certain augments/setups for certain frames, but honestly? This is very well put together and you are quite thoughtful while making the list. I know a lot of people will sorta just dismiss this, but I really feel like you make your reasoning clear for a good amount of frames! Your build ideas are quite thoughtful and I'd love to hear more opinions or build ideas from you! I hope I'll see you in cascade one day or another ^^

I know MOST of the frames very well, some I havent invested much into, but the theory is still there so its fairly easy to judge where they would land As for void key shield gating- the mod catalyzing shields is better suited for shield gating since the void key will only grant you .33 seconds shield gate while catalyzing gives you 1.33

Since I almost exclusively play support frames, I'm really curious what your level-cap ideas for non-selfish support options in level cap runs. Particularly, what sort of builds were you thinking for Citrine, Jade, and Trinity? (Also harrow in nerf tier is inspired, I love using him for void cascade) As for the void key, I'd say that it particularly works for equinox (there may be other frames, but she's the one I have the most experience with). Catalyzing shields, though a better option on most frames, is actually worse for her since it takes up a mod slot + doesn't activate full cap with mend active. With a void key, she actually can reach max shield gate and get chip damage for her 3 augment. It's admitedly really niche, but for her specifically? It can make her particularly well suited to CC with silence subsume. Anyhow, thanks again for so many great ideas! I've been watching through your current videos and god I can't wait to try out Stayanax and tinker with your build.
As a long-time Nezha main his placement doesn't surprise me at all. I don't do level cap stuff, and he is great in content all the way up to and past EDAs, but the few times that I got him on SP Circuit I could tell very quickly that he doesn't scale that well past level 1000 or so. Warding Halo basically stops working at that level, and his other abilities are reliant on either his new nuke or your weapons, and at that point you're better off using other frames. Unlike Rhino, even when you get millions of points in Warding Halo, the damage the enemies deal will kill you regardless because it's not a 100% reduction, and while he can heal with Blazing Chakram, it's more of a backup tool than something you want to rely on. Speaking of Blazing Chakram though, having a lot of power strength (as you should) and a subsumed Roar can give you an 8x+ damage multiplier to anything you point it at, which is cool, but like I said there are other ways of doing way more damage on frames that are better suited to surviving in that environment.
i've took nezha into some of the highish levels, and I found fortifier to pretty much be a cheat code for them. warding halo applies the 90% reduction to the overguard as well, which I don't recall happening on other frames with damage reduction abilities - I could be wrong about that though. I'm also not sure how it scales beyond like 3000, so whether it would still work for level cap i'm not sure
nezha is very survivable, and can easily nuke the room over and over again with a divine retribution build - even if the tier list is for void cascade specifically, I think they should've gone like a step or two higher on the list at least

One thing many people know about Garuda is that some of her abilities scale with "weapon damage" buffs like roar, eclipse, or even nourish- causing them to inflict viral damage. Something people dont know, however, is that you can use arcane arachne and/or naramons lethal levitation to solo buff her damage. With arachne being 150% and levi being 200%, you get 350% base damage on garudas 1 and 4. Add in her 100% multiplicative damage buff passive and she deals 9x damage with her abilities, with her slash procs dealing 18x damage.
I wish we could petition for passive reworks. I have 70% playrate on Excal over 8~ish years and the overguard on kill is perfection. I'd say make it on "Ability kill" and make it to where it scaled with str. 15 ~ 20 base and scaled up to 45 ~ 60 with str buffs. That is not broken and makes sense for a frame like him, idk why they haven't reworked A LOT of passives like this

I’m glad my boy Ash and Dante are up there! I just wish Excalibur had better survivability too. Normally you’d wanna use blind when dealing with eximus. Not because it affects eximus, but has you solely focus on them while everything else is blinded. Slash dash is basically free I-frame to health, which is absolutely amazing. You wanna use slash dash to close in on Eximus or tougher enemies to kill them quickly. His 3 is only ever good with augment, which sucks cuz you also need to run chromatic blade. That’s 2 slots just for is augments! Speaking of chromatic blade, the life steal should already be built into his kit. Kullervo with silence + glaive is stupid. Silence just helps stun enemies passively for 2-3 seconds (which by that time you killed everything). Not to mention it shuts down eximus abilities.
Dagath is absolutely insane for solo and squad level cap runs in void cascade, she can do it all, trash clear, one shotting thrax, deleting acolytes while basically being immortal. Only bad thing I've been seeing with her is that wyrd scythes slow down thrax without overguard for a whole minute.
I need to check out your Frost video, since he's my OG from a decade ago. Would also like to see your builds for some of the other frames, especially ones that most people overlook or actively dislike, such as Limbo and Yareli. Less popular frames interest me because few people seem to use Zephyr, yet she's the frame that first carried me into Steel Path and remains a personal favorite. I've casually played Warframe off-and-on since launch, and every time I come back there are new game modes, tons of new frames, etc. I never imagined this game would come as far as it has.

Love playing him, love exalted blade with wrathful advance, don't love his survivability. You mentioned that you considered making a dedicated video on him, is that still a possibility? I'd absolutely love to see what you cook up with him. Lately I've been running a blast exalted blade and experimenting with blast + toxin (with archon continuity). I'm always happy seeing my main garuda high up on lists, because i truly believe she’s one of the best frames in the game by sheer versatility alone. There’s only really one gamemode she’s not great in, with all the others she is either great, or excels. She’s never the best in any specific thing, but I can always count on her. She even has insane build variety, with her being able to take advantage of basically any subsume in the game, even less obvious ones such as expedite suffering as an example allowing her 4th ability to have infinite scaling damage. Even without the helminth, her second ability is decent and completely capable in more defensive based objectives where you stay in one general area. If I was forced to be only allowed to use one specific frame for the end of time, I’d happily use only garuda, and with how i have at least a 40% usage rate with garuda ever since 2022, with some points in time being over 50%,i think i am pretty close to that reality already lol.
Love the video, i think it would be cool if ud cover some of the warframes and explicitly give builds for vc level cap :) cause i really struggle especially with survivability against higher level enemies

Nezha is great! The chakram vulnerability is extremely helpful to kill thrax on level cap. Staying alive is easy with the extra invulnerability period and he is pretty mobile too.
After getting this video re-recommended and ~20 void cascade level caps with him his invulnerability period technically works well enough but you need to pay close attention to have overguard or shield active when your chakram breaks. I have reave subsumed on him for extra invulnerability frames which makes him incredibly comfortable to play and run max range as a trash clear/nuker as I exclusively run void cascade fissures
I couldn't agree more about Excalibur, he is one of the most powerful if not THE most powerful melee frame. If he had a survivability option would make him S-tier imo.
@@othila9902 Kullervo is a better all rounder since he has more survivability and more. but when it comes to raw damage Excalibur is much more powerful because of Furious Javelin, there is pretty much no cap to how much damage he can deal because it scales with enemy number and power strength. Even with 300% strength and getting super red crits with each hit Kullervo will still fall behind an Excalibur because excal has a once of the strongest final damage multipliers in the game.
You get an instant sub for not putting Voruna in abysmal dogshit tier. I wouldn’t say she’s on the level of Limbo, but I feel like a vast majority of YT creators just really don’t understand her kit in a similar way. You can do so much fun shit with it and various subsumes, she’s one of the few frames that I actually feel inspiration to make my own builds for. Can’t wait to see what you’ve cooked.
Hey for the acid reflux have you tried taking apple cider vinegar for it? Definitely a niche solution but for a lot of people apparently reflux is caused by naturally low stomach acid rather then the muscle weakening thing, so drinking about 30ml of apple cider vinegar watered down with like 5-10ml of water to make it swallowable, makes your stomach go like "oh hey, acid, we should close this sphincter". Make sure to wash your mouth out thoroughly afterwards so it doesn't eat away at your teeth, and there's a chance it could help you get off these medications that have horrible long term side effects
@@frank8959 I have tried it in the past and it did help a little bit !! But I have a percriibed acid reducer that helps a TON It's not over the counter it's a pill with a crazy name but they don't have any side effects if you take them every other day I was just a dummy and missed a few days of the medication and ended up needing to double dose the day of the video so the hiccups were bad 😭
Pretty awesome tier list, I love your boldness to see what can shine in a frame in the right scenario. I do think that you seemed to rate things higher on average as the video progressed and for frames you were the most familiar with. That makes sense but Baruuk is much stronger than you placed him even at level cap. Not the best but if built right he keeps up. Jade probably deserved to stay in S tier too because of her crazy amounts of heat procs, survivability, and how she makes most other frames better and more destructive. When you consider that she buffs ally damage in three ways (damage aura, defense strip, and vulnerability) she makes everyone else scale way higher while also holding her own. I think that’s at least S tier for support reasons.

Caliban is all the way at the top, just a stupidly strong frame with infinite energy, survivability and damage, Pablo did a REAL good job with his rework I think nyx will absolutely be viable but I'm gonna be really honest- I wish they did MORE with her kit :/ I wanted a new ability for her. Realistically her 1st and 2nd are just technically worse versions of her 3 and 4
very nice video. I was a little surprised to see equinox low but I was convinced. I run low duration terrify over her 1 in order to preserve my transference invulnerability. When my nuke kills everything I can focus on killing thrax without worry... I think my next run with rolling guard over redirection will be more comfortable but I still do see building charge being a problem

I love Harrow as well, which makes me also sad. As you mentioned - amazing synergy. HOWEVER - if you are able to hit anything. If you have a Saryn with 2 villages range, as 90% of the players, you cannot hit any enemy, therefore you cannot buff, even you cannot survive sometimes (100lvl+ with Saryn/Mesa in the team). Considering cap level enemies, probably he can shine there.
@@mort.dvergr.666 yeah in base steel path where the saryn and mesa mains live, everything's basically dead before you see it on your screen But in level cap both saryn and mesa struggle to survive, Harrow thrives
1:13:50 note: Revenant CAN do his Reave one shot thing (Kompressa is great at proccing viral procs)... ...BUT because Reave only scales with enemy health, has to eat through enemy Overguard FIRST, and that Overguard keeps scaling higher with enemy level, i don't think its possible to one shot any Thrax units even with max Strength. i don't run level cap, but while my Revenant can comfortably annhilate Thrax units up to like lvl 300 with a single hit, anything above that requires two Reave dashes (or for you to U-turn)

About the vauban, i think nourish is the superior subsume for him purely because the damage % buff applies multiplicatively on his flechettes, which is also multiplicatively buffed by his overdriver. You end up one shotting enemies in level cap easily with how much damage they do.
getting back into Warframe after literally years. Can you explain or walk through building sevagoth? I unlocked the original sevagoth like a million years ago and thought he looked super cool. now that there's potentially challenging content and he's considered good in that content, Id love you take a chance on him.
Definitely agree about the excal rating I just wish he could stun eximus units or a new passive that you know cements him as a proper melee frame, because he used to be the melee frame

Oh, just got to Wukong, recently found that you can use cloud walker to cancel the slam recovery animation, and you can heavy slam out of cloud walker. Haven't tested the potential of the staff to actually deal slam damage. (Based zephyr placement)
I think this video could have benefitted from a quick dry run, just to get a more clear outline of the placements. While a tier list like this only makes sense when viewed in context, with all the commentary provided, it's pretty big shift for the viewer when a frame like Ash jumps from A-tier to the front of SS. Otherwise, great video! To me, this shows that most of the cast is very viable in level cap content, which I'd agree with. My only contention with the final list is Ember over Frost (literally a one placement difference). They are both so similar imo with their overguard shield gating survivability, but I've struggled with damage on Ember.

How does the Titania build work? Just slash from dex pixia? Or are we pillage stripping? Also wukong slam with primer are some of the most comfy level caps I’ve done.

Oh I agree with Lavos, and now they reworked the already awesome augment and I can force-proc Gas or Electricity now. It is absurd. Plus having no energy requirements means I can run Unairu comfortably. Edit: Rework might be a stretch, they changed the augment in which the 200% bonus is not mixed with other elemental damage. Which means you can now force-proc uncombined elements.
I 1000% agree with the volt placement. He is really good as long as you have a way to get alot of energy fast (i run volt with a vauban and he does work), but as soon as the energy well runs dry, he gets slapped around like a wet noodle 😅
finally someone speaks about ember w breach surge lmao, add dual ichor and its nuts, theres a certain combo (breach - ult - ichor attacks) that if done in the right timing, it chunks enemies’ health, you just need to hit the ichor attacks before the meteorites land, incarnon form + naramon, a tennokai mod to not lose combo and melee influence give a better result, you can just spam attacks after casting her 4, you should try it, i have done some testing and thats just what i found
Based Yareli enjoyer. Damn, this list is good, what the hell? I came here to get angry, damnit. I will actually advocate for potentially putting Garuda up to SS since the 'everything' part she does well she can do with virtually nothing extra, and having the option to just delete an important target from 40% health remaining is pretty damn good. One could also make the argument that the mass set-and-forget armour strip Protea can do with the Temporal Erosion is also worthy of SS, but that requires using her base 4th which for some reason people hate, even though it gives you on demand invincibility and infinite energy. I guess it's a playstyle thing. Good content, hope your stomach settles down, hah.

Hell yea ! My main tip is to find a build video you really like- and make sure its not by some mainsream youtuber aswell, then mod by mod work towards that build. Lots of endgame builds use the same mods so ittl equip you for the next build you seek out. Keep doing that over and over and youll eventually get the hang of things! Another useful thing is to understand multiplicative vs additive damage scaling, knowing a weapon has multi gun CO will help you tons in doing actual meaningful damage
I will argue for Gara being pretty decent at level cap cascades, speaking as someone who's done a ton of runs on her to cap in both normal and omnia fissures. She needs more setup than most but her Shattered Lash has the second highest base damage out of all pseudo exalts. The issue of it not having base crit is easily fixed by Ceramic Dagger or Magistar Incarnon. Her Shattered Lash build can be ran rivenless to cap, though expect 2-3 hits for level cap thrax after armor strip and priming if rivenless. A build focusing on building infinite damage with Splinter Storm need a decent riven for the Ceramic Dagger, but allows her to build up her stacks pretty fast if she ever loses them. Also note her 4 provides full immunity during casting. Between that, rolling guard, and a ton of ways to gain back shields - as long as energy isn't an issue it's a great oh-shit button. Bringing a fast firerate weapon/Miter for Corpus fixes the issue of it breaking constantly. I know people who use her 3 as crowd control/shield gate instead but I personally find that unreliable. Her passive also synergizes great with the aforementioned stat sticks for Melee Crescendo. In fact the recent magnetic proc changes has made capping on her even easier as the Overguard/Health ratio skews more and more to the left as level goes up. It'll have to be a pretty full setup incorporating all the help you can think of in terms of companions/archon shards, etc, but it's one of the more doable ones compared to something like Mesa, in fact... Now we're past the one I'm most passionate about, Dagath is very level cap viable. Her scaling is insane and pretty much a pseudo execute. Not dying in between her 3 being up isn't too diffiult either with all the tools we have at our disposal. I've done 10+ runs on her to cap and haven't had any issues. Best part is that she's viable with either gun-play or melee, so she's not locked into any specific combos if you just want to use her as a weapon platform. Nyx is an amazing frame for level cap. Her crowd control is insane and she's easily able to shield gate through accidental hits. After her rework, mind-controlling an enemy and mag dumping into them also creates a pretty decent minion regardless of enemy level. Valkyr can stay infinitely immune as long as you don't run headfirst into a nullifer. Just be mindful of not running out of energy in Hysteria and she's pretty much brainless. She just needs a way of external armor strip. Keep up her combo, using tennokai mods is a good way since using Naramon isn't really viable with the thrax ghost not taking Viral now, and her heavy attacks can do damage cap.
I also recommend looking into mesa again. The tools she has access to now is insane and im fairly certain you can shield gait with nourish, brief respite and catalyzing shields
@@myramedchan4775 While that can keep you alive- I find that shield gating like that will kill your energy- vazarin would be better in that case but it's not viable for void cascade I only tend to use energy conversion mods if you have an ability that can help you get out of the bad situation or if it grants you over guard
@@keppochuppu she has 90%Dr on her 3 and a stun on her 2 with equilibrium and a halfway decent pet and nourish both boosting energy and damage I haven't had an issue. I typically use her for disruption so I don't see why she couldn't do well in cascade. Especially if it's in a group.

@keppochuppu I think you can get that with her. Especially with the equinox subsume rework and she is really good with archon vitality (extra hp and double heat from her regulators. Like I said, the tools she has access to now are insane.
@keppochuppu also of note secondary outburst works on her pistols and a couple of the bond mods are godly for her. (Unfortunately I'm still trying to find a companion that can proc reinforced and tenacious while still being an effective sinth deconstruct user.) And while it would take a bit of setup furax has an amalgam mod for pistols and access to mele crescendo for easy maxed outburst (I tend to use ceramic dagger but mostly because the crechendo build up takes a minute or too and I typically don't stay longer than 2hrs.)

Harrow is my main and I'm glad someone finally recognizes his power and utility. Sure he has to be a bit selfish to get his support going but if you're not able to kill as a Harrow then either you're bringing bad weapons or don't know the frame

@@andrewvazquez9557 i have a recommendation as a Harrow main for SP Cascade and Level Cap, use Pillage instead of Condemn, you will lose crowd control but will gain instant shield regeneration if used correctly and Armor Strip, build for +200% strength and duration, range and efficiency doesn’t matter because Pillage AoE grows overtime and with thurible you have ridiculous amounts of energy regen, and since Pillage is uncastable you can use it to have shields on demand as long as you have it constantly running, which works perfect for shieldgating, the only big flaw is that it requires enemies with armor to get shields and if you strip all your enemies of it you will be in deep trouble, but that rarely happens unless you dont kill enemies at all.

Wisp gets 3sec of immortality when teleporting with wil-o-wisp. If you teleport on the spot it's effectively better than cat shield gating.

Her invisibility breaks when shooting so using a zaw really helps. And using her motes as instant teleports can help you get out of sticking situations
The her 2s invis is unbreakable till its duration runs out, but her passive invis gets cleared by any attack regardless of it being a silenced or melee weapon.
That's just flat out wrong. Her invis does not get broken by melee attacks. This is straight from the wiki itself:
Invisibility is not affected by Melee weapon strikes, allowing Wisp to freely use them without making her visible.

I'd argue that Xaku is in SS tier. They can run Shade and stay permanently invisible while their auto turrets nuke lv 9999 enemies.

@@QuirrelSquad, yup thats how that works but its only within a certain a range from the enemies. So if you're slightly away from the enemy, you can still be seen and shot at. It also becomes a problem especially when you can't guarantee not attacking or shooting
You can use a kubrow with the invis mod to avoid having to be within range of enemies for it

Honestly great video. You dgreagood job of going over each warframes' strenght and short comming. I think it does highlight the inherent problem with tier lists as most frames could be placed just about anywhere and are too diverse to compare them so directly. Also check out well of life as a subsume for a status clense and healing (probably not enough healing tbh)

@@keppochuppu yeah me too haha, my primary build i use eclipse over javelin, i dont use PSF and i use warrior's rest, whenever i'm about to get knocked down i slash dash to avoid it. eclipse is nice cuz i get 87-127% dmg or the 75% dmg reduction on top of adaptation and i use arcane blessing for more EHP, two purple melee crit dmg shards, 2 duration shards and a green tauforged corrosive stack shard.
Gotta say, extremely goated tierlist. Aimed at a specific content so there's a clear goal in mind, and it's easy to tell that you really tried to make (almost) each frame work and put credit where it's due. Also unscripted goes hard

I think Garuda should probably be in the 'Nerf Me Daddy (SS) tier' since she is now able to use her blood mirror on overguarded enemies, which means she can lunge thrax, which means thrax EHP -> Bloodball, which means with a remotely decent strength build she can just lunge then instafire a blood ball and wipe them.
That with nourish, or the lesser known quirk that her passive is MULTIPLICATIVE with Roar makes her a real monster if you are the type of player who likes playing actively. Or you have a single revenant on your team with the hit (fair and balanced) mod [mesmer shield].
Easily my favorite frame, despite the need for 3-4 Tau Casting speed, and Kavat's Grace to solve the whole 4 not resetting gravity thing.

I've been trying to make atlas work on levelcap with roar over his 2, and I finally got something to work somewhat consistently. If only his 1 would make him fully invincible during punches instead of only his health, and his 2 cost 50 instead of 75, he'd be so much easier to use. Right now he really needs either protective sling, which is a not ideal in void cascade, or a martyr devolution panzer to keep him from randomly getting oneshot if you run out of enemies.
@@brushslug yeah it's really rough on atlas, his kit is just dated and it needs some touch ups. The fact his punch works like slash dash really sucks as you don't really get a break from the damage

@@keppochuppu Good to hear this :) I'll be waiting and for the part why you don't see a lot of Voruna players the main reason is many don't know how to play her and usually build her as a tank frame instead of a DPS one and then they say that Kullervo is better cause of "survivability"
This video was really cool! Xaku was a bit lower than I thought he’d be. I would recommend playing him with covenant (Harrow’s subsume ability) subsumed over his 1. It’s just really nice and easy shield gating and the way it looks and sounds makes it feel thematically perfect for Xaku!

You didn’t mention it in the video, but I love using dagath with a weapon platform build. Grave spirit and a damage buff helminth ability is great. With good damage, an armor stripping ability, and invincibility, I’m surprised she didn’t get into at least A tier.

@@keppochuppu I would imagine the issue you'd run into in level cap would be the downtime without invuln, as you can't lower that with stats, so KpM would matter a lot.
@@keppochuppu300% Duration is an absolute game changer and with 2 Glaive throws your back invincible for 30 more seconds, and you can just get creative with the helminth, I usually go wrathful advance or nourish
Also with the Augment removing doom is wayyyy better than removing wryd scythes because Wyrd Scythes is a good viral primer, Slow enemies significantly, and can still spread doom in 3.
I've always mained Oberon since like 6 yeara ago. And I agree with your opinion... I've tried all kinds builds on him, but he doesn't really have a chance on lvl200+ SP. He might manage to survive but it would be extremely unstable, and depends on a mission type, he might still fail on a mission even if he manages to stay alive. I've been mainly running Harrow, Dante and Frost for end-end game contents. They're still not the best, but the best among Warframes I enjoy playing the most.
Harrow Dante and Frost are STELLAR endgame frames- if youre struggling it could be a build issue- for sure take a look around and see what people are using for them !
Id say only frost tends to struggle at level cap, but all 3 offer dummy survivability and dmg potential
As for Oberon, I would love to see a rework dive much farther into the druid aspect of him. Ive been working on a super thought out rework for him!

I think your build ideas are quite neat! It really does seem like you've got very comfortable experience with a wide variety of these frames in void cascade/level cap. I will say, there are a couple of times where I'd argue you're neglecting other game systems like void keys for easier shield gateing and certain augments/setups for certain frames, but honestly? This is very well put together and you are quite thoughtful while making the list.
I know a lot of people will sorta just dismiss this, but I really feel like you make your reasoning clear for a good amount of frames! Your build ideas are quite thoughtful and I'd love to hear more opinions or build ideas from you! I hope I'll see you in cascade one day or another ^^

As for void key shield gating- the mod catalyzing shields is better suited for shield gating since the void key will only grant you .33 seconds shield gate while catalyzing gives you 1.33

Since I almost exclusively play support frames, I'm really curious what your level-cap ideas for non-selfish support options in level cap runs. Particularly, what sort of builds were you thinking for Citrine, Jade, and Trinity? (Also harrow in nerf tier is inspired, I love using him for void cascade)
As for the void key, I'd say that it particularly works for equinox (there may be other frames, but she's the one I have the most experience with). Catalyzing shields, though a better option on most frames, is actually worse for her since it takes up a mod slot + doesn't activate full cap with mend active. With a void key, she actually can reach max shield gate and get chip damage for her 3 augment. It's admitedly really niche, but for her specifically? It can make her particularly well suited to CC with silence subsume.
Anyhow, thanks again for so many great ideas! I've been watching through your current videos and god I can't wait to try out Stayanax and tinker with your build.
As a long-time Nezha main his placement doesn't surprise me at all. I don't do level cap stuff, and he is great in content all the way up to and past EDAs, but the few times that I got him on SP Circuit I could tell very quickly that he doesn't scale that well past level 1000 or so. Warding Halo basically stops working at that level, and his other abilities are reliant on either his new nuke or your weapons, and at that point you're better off using other frames.
Unlike Rhino, even when you get millions of points in Warding Halo, the damage the enemies deal will kill you regardless because it's not a 100% reduction, and while he can heal with Blazing Chakram, it's more of a backup tool than something you want to rely on.
Speaking of Blazing Chakram though, having a lot of power strength (as you should) and a subsumed Roar can give you an 8x+ damage multiplier to anything you point it at, which is cool, but like I said there are other ways of doing way more damage on frames that are better suited to surviving in that environment.
The only thing that I find a problem about Nezha is just the damn Overgaurd. But in all I love my Nezha.
i've took nezha into some of the highish levels, and I found fortifier to pretty much be a cheat code for them. warding halo applies the 90% reduction to the overguard as well, which I don't recall happening on other frames with damage reduction abilities - I could be wrong about that though. I'm also not sure how it scales beyond like 3000, so whether it would still work for level cap i'm not sure
nezha is very survivable, and can easily nuke the room over and over again with a divine retribution build - even if the tier list is for void cascade specifically, I think they should've gone like a step or two higher on the list at least

One thing many people know about Garuda is that some of her abilities scale with "weapon damage" buffs like roar, eclipse, or even nourish- causing them to inflict viral damage. Something people dont know, however, is that you can use arcane arachne and/or naramons lethal levitation to solo buff her damage. With arachne being 150% and levi being 200%, you get 350% base damage on garudas 1 and 4. Add in her 100% multiplicative damage buff passive and she deals 9x damage with her abilities, with her slash procs dealing 18x damage.

I have 70% playrate on Excal over 8~ish years and the overguard on kill is perfection. I'd say make it on "Ability kill" and make it to where it scaled with str. 15 ~ 20 base and scaled up to 45 ~ 60 with str buffs.
That is not broken and makes sense for a frame like him, idk why they haven't reworked A LOT of passives like this

I’m glad my boy Ash and Dante are up there! I just wish Excalibur had better survivability too. Normally you’d wanna use blind when dealing with eximus. Not because it affects eximus, but has you solely focus on them while everything else is blinded. Slash dash is basically free I-frame to health, which is absolutely amazing. You wanna use slash dash to close in on Eximus or tougher enemies to kill them quickly. His 3 is only ever good with augment, which sucks cuz you also need to run chromatic blade. That’s 2 slots just for is augments! Speaking of chromatic blade, the life steal should already be built into his kit. Kullervo with silence + glaive is stupid. Silence just helps stun enemies passively for 2-3 seconds (which by that time you killed everything). Not to mention it shuts down eximus abilities.
Dagath is absolutely insane for solo and squad level cap runs in void cascade, she can do it all, trash clear, one shotting thrax, deleting acolytes while basically being immortal. Only bad thing I've been seeing with her is that wyrd scythes slow down thrax without overguard for a whole minute.

I need to check out your Frost video, since he's my OG from a decade ago. Would also like to see your builds for some of the other frames, especially ones that most people overlook or actively dislike, such as Limbo and Yareli. Less popular frames interest me because few people seem to use Zephyr, yet she's the frame that first carried me into Steel Path and remains a personal favorite.
I've casually played Warframe off-and-on since launch, and every time I come back there are new game modes, tons of new frames, etc. I never imagined this game would come as far as it has.

Lately I've been running a blast exalted blade and experimenting with blast + toxin (with archon continuity). I've really been enjoying blast with the status rework.

I'm always happy seeing my main garuda high up on lists, because i truly believe she’s one of the best frames in the game by sheer versatility alone. There’s only really one gamemode she’s not great in, with all the others she is either great, or excels. She’s never the best in any specific thing, but I can always count on her.
She even has insane build variety, with her being able to take advantage of basically any subsume in the game, even less obvious ones such as expedite suffering as an example allowing her 4th ability to have infinite scaling damage. Even without the helminth, her second ability is decent and completely capable in more defensive based objectives where you stay in one general area.
If I was forced to be only allowed to use one specific frame for the end of time, I’d happily use only garuda, and with how i have at least a 40% usage rate with garuda ever since 2022, with some points in time being over 50%,i think i am pretty close to that reality already lol.

Nezha is great! The chakram vulnerability is extremely helpful to kill thrax on level cap. Staying alive is easy with the extra invulnerability period and he is pretty mobile too.
After getting this video re-recommended and ~20 void cascade level caps with him his invulnerability period technically works well enough but you need to pay close attention to have overguard or shield active when your chakram breaks. I have reave subsumed on him for extra invulnerability frames which makes him incredibly comfortable to play and run max range as a trash clear/nuker as I exclusively run void cascade fissures

I couldn't agree more about Excalibur, he is one of the most powerful if not THE most powerful melee frame.
If he had a survivability option would make him S-tier imo.

@@othila9902 Kullervo is a better all rounder since he has more survivability and more. but when it comes to raw damage Excalibur is much more powerful because of Furious Javelin, there is pretty much no cap to how much damage he can deal because it scales with enemy number and power strength. Even with 300% strength and getting super red crits with each hit Kullervo will still fall behind an Excalibur because excal has a once of the strongest final damage multipliers in the game.

Hey for the acid reflux have you tried taking apple cider vinegar for it? Definitely a niche solution but for a lot of people apparently reflux is caused by naturally low stomach acid rather then the muscle weakening thing, so drinking about 30ml of apple cider vinegar watered down with like 5-10ml of water to make it swallowable, makes your stomach go like "oh hey, acid, we should close this sphincter". Make sure to wash your mouth out thoroughly afterwards so it doesn't eat away at your teeth, and there's a chance it could help you get off these medications that have horrible long term side effects

It's not over the counter it's a pill with a crazy name but they don't have any side effects if you take them every other day
I was just a dummy and missed a few days of the medication and ended up needing to double dose the day of the video so the hiccups were bad 😭

I do think that you seemed to rate things higher on average as the video progressed and for frames you were the most familiar with. That makes sense but Baruuk is much stronger than you placed him even at level cap. Not the best but if built right he keeps up.
Jade probably deserved to stay in S tier too because of her crazy amounts of heat procs, survivability, and how she makes most other frames better and more destructive. When you consider that she buffs ally damage in three ways (damage aura, defense strip, and vulnerability) she makes everyone else scale way higher while also holding her own. I think that’s at least S tier for support reasons.

Caliban is all the way at the top, just a stupidly strong frame with infinite energy, survivability and damage, Pablo did a REAL good job with his rework
I think nyx will absolutely be viable but I'm gonna be really honest- I wish they did MORE with her kit :/ I wanted a new ability for her. Realistically her 1st and 2nd are just technically worse versions of her 3 and 4

I run low duration terrify over her 1 in order to preserve my transference invulnerability. When my nuke kills everything I can focus on killing thrax without worry...
I think my next run with rolling guard over redirection will be more comfortable but I still do see building charge being a problem

I love Harrow as well, which makes me also sad. As you mentioned - amazing synergy.
HOWEVER - if you are able to hit anything. If you have a Saryn with 2 villages range, as 90% of the players, you cannot hit any enemy, therefore you cannot buff, even you cannot survive sometimes (100lvl+ with Saryn/Mesa in the team).
Considering cap level enemies, probably he can shine there.

But in level cap both saryn and mesa struggle to survive, Harrow thrives
1:13:50 note: Revenant CAN do his Reave one shot thing (Kompressa is great at proccing viral procs)...
...BUT because Reave only scales with enemy health, has to eat through enemy Overguard FIRST, and that Overguard keeps scaling higher with enemy level, i don't think its possible to one shot any Thrax units even with max Strength.
i don't run level cap, but while my Revenant can comfortably annhilate Thrax units up to like lvl 300 with a single hit, anything above that requires two Reave dashes (or for you to U-turn)

And you're right about over guard and reave, it's why people max out at around 180 exos in void cascade is the overguard becomes so so much that you just can't chew through it in time
About the vauban, i think nourish is the superior subsume for him purely because the damage % buff applies multiplicatively on his flechettes, which is also multiplicatively buffed by his overdriver. You end up one shotting enemies in level cap easily with how much damage they do.
getting back into Warframe after literally years. Can you explain or walk through building sevagoth? I unlocked the original sevagoth like a million years ago and thought he looked super cool. now that there's potentially challenging content and he's considered good in that content, Id love you take a chance on him.

Oh, just got to Wukong, recently found that you can use cloud walker to cancel the slam recovery animation, and you can heavy slam out of cloud walker. Haven't tested the potential of the staff to actually deal slam damage. (Based zephyr placement)
I think this video could have benefitted from a quick dry run, just to get a more clear outline of the placements. While a tier list like this only makes sense when viewed in context, with all the commentary provided, it's pretty big shift for the viewer when a frame like Ash jumps from A-tier to the front of SS.
Otherwise, great video! To me, this shows that most of the cast is very viable in level cap content, which I'd agree with.
My only contention with the final list is Ember over Frost (literally a one placement difference). They are both so similar imo with their overguard shield gating survivability, but I've struggled with damage on Ember.

Oh I agree with Lavos, and now they reworked the already awesome augment and I can force-proc Gas or Electricity now. It is absurd.
Plus having no energy requirements means I can run Unairu comfortably.
Edit: Rework might be a stretch, they changed the augment in which the 200% bonus is not mixed with other elemental damage. Which means you can now force-proc uncombined elements.

I 1000% agree with the volt placement. He is really good as long as you have a way to get alot of energy fast (i run volt with a vauban and he does work), but as soon as the energy well runs dry, he gets slapped around like a wet noodle 😅

Saryn with subsumed shooting gallery with the augment is great for level cap.
finally someone speaks about ember w breach surge lmao, add dual ichor and its nuts, theres a certain combo (breach - ult - ichor attacks) that if done in the right timing, it chunks enemies’ health, you just need to hit the ichor attacks before the meteorites land, incarnon form + naramon, a tennokai mod to not lose combo and melee influence give a better result, you can just spam attacks after casting her 4, you should try it, i have done some testing and thats just what i found

I will actually advocate for potentially putting Garuda up to SS since the 'everything' part she does well she can do with virtually nothing extra, and having the option to just delete an important target from 40% health remaining is pretty damn good. One could also make the argument that the mass set-and-forget armour strip Protea can do with the Temporal Erosion is also worthy of SS, but that requires using her base 4th which for some reason people hate, even though it gives you on demand invincibility and infinite energy. I guess it's a playstyle thing.

Hell yea ! My main tip is to find a build video you really like- and make sure its not by some mainsream youtuber aswell, then mod by mod work towards that build. Lots of endgame builds use the same mods so ittl equip you for the next build you seek out.
Keep doing that over and over and youll eventually get the hang of things!
Another useful thing is to understand multiplicative vs additive damage scaling, knowing a weapon has multi gun CO will help you tons in doing actual meaningful damage

I will argue for Gara being pretty decent at level cap cascades, speaking as someone who's done a ton of runs on her to cap in both normal and omnia fissures. She needs more setup than most but her Shattered Lash has the second highest base damage out of all pseudo exalts. The issue of it not having base crit is easily fixed by Ceramic Dagger or Magistar Incarnon. Her Shattered Lash build can be ran rivenless to cap, though expect 2-3 hits for level cap thrax after armor strip and priming if rivenless. A build focusing on building infinite damage with Splinter Storm need a decent riven for the Ceramic Dagger, but allows her to build up her stacks pretty fast if she ever loses them. Also note her 4 provides full immunity during casting. Between that, rolling guard, and a ton of ways to gain back shields - as long as energy isn't an issue it's a great oh-shit button. Bringing a fast firerate weapon/Miter for Corpus fixes the issue of it breaking constantly. I know people who use her 3 as crowd control/shield gate instead but I personally find that unreliable. Her passive also synergizes great with the aforementioned stat sticks for Melee Crescendo.
In fact the recent magnetic proc changes has made capping on her even easier as the Overguard/Health ratio skews more and more to the left as level goes up. It'll have to be a pretty full setup incorporating all the help you can think of in terms of companions/archon shards, etc, but it's one of the more doable ones compared to something like Mesa, in fact...
Now we're past the one I'm most passionate about, Dagath is very level cap viable. Her scaling is insane and pretty much a pseudo execute. Not dying in between her 3 being up isn't too diffiult either with all the tools we have at our disposal. I've done 10+ runs on her to cap and haven't had any issues. Best part is that she's viable with either gun-play or melee, so she's not locked into any specific combos if you just want to use her as a weapon platform.
Nyx is an amazing frame for level cap. Her crowd control is insane and she's easily able to shield gate through accidental hits. After her rework, mind-controlling an enemy and mag dumping into them also creates a pretty decent minion regardless of enemy level.
Valkyr can stay infinitely immune as long as you don't run headfirst into a nullifer. Just be mindful of not running out of energy in Hysteria and she's pretty much brainless. She just needs a way of external armor strip. Keep up her combo, using tennokai mods is a good way since using Naramon isn't really viable with the thrax ghost not taking Viral now, and her heavy attacks can do damage cap.
I also recommend looking into mesa again. The tools she has access to now is insane and im fairly certain you can shield gait with nourish, brief respite and catalyzing shields
@@myramedchan4775 While that can keep you alive- I find that shield gating like that will kill your energy- vazarin would be better in that case but it's not viable for void cascade
I only tend to use energy conversion mods if you have an ability that can help you get out of the bad situation or if it grants you over guard
@@keppochuppu she has 90%Dr on her 3 and a stun on her 2 with equilibrium and a halfway decent pet and nourish both boosting energy and damage I haven't had an issue. I typically use her for disruption so I don't see why she couldn't do well in cascade. Especially if it's in a group.

Even 99% dr isn't good at level cap either
You'd need to be at 99.98% to tank effectively at levels like that
@keppochuppu I think you can get that with her. Especially with the equinox subsume rework and she is really good with archon vitality (extra hp and double heat from her regulators. Like I said, the tools she has access to now are insane.
@keppochuppu also of note secondary outburst works on her pistols and a couple of the bond mods are godly for her. (Unfortunately I'm still trying to find a companion that can proc reinforced and tenacious while still being an effective sinth deconstruct user.) And while it would take a bit of setup furax has an amalgam mod for pistols and access to mele crescendo for easy maxed outburst (I tend to use ceramic dagger but mostly because the crechendo build up takes a minute or too and I typically don't stay longer than 2hrs.)
