My Capra is similarly setup and it’s definitely my go to rig. Only downside is that it performs too well and makes it too easy. But that’s a good problem to have lol. Great video dude.
You've REALLY stepped up your game lately on the quality of your videos! I'm loving the music selection you use. The content has been very good. Keep up the great work!
I think instead of overdrive the front, to under drive the back. I have the stock transmission in my capra unlimited, and I've found that the thing is just so fast that adding wheel speed up front would add to how touchy it can be. That being said, there's a ton of applications where speed is good to have. I just want to make a super slow crawler lol
Know you don’t use dig too much, why not do a 3 gear? Gets you the lower gearing they say the Capra needs. I think bowhouse or somebody makes one. Keep up the good work, and watch out for bears! Iol
You didn't give a URL for the "SuperShafty Link Riser". That was the item I was most interested in for my Capra. The 'Team Garage Hack Mild Overdrive Gears" are also lacking a URL. Otherwise a very nice, very practical 'build'.
Hey dude new to the channel love axial trucks I have a exo terra buggy don't run it now though it's really hard to find parts for in the uk. Keep up the good work 👍
I just bought the 4ws version would you suggest the same upgrades to that rig as well. Any info would help. I love your videos they are so informative. I can’t wait to see the video with the Ds5 pro.
Nice rig love these. Where are you located? Looks like a good area to look for gold. Another hobbie of mine. Love the geology of your area keep up the great videos.
Risking life and limb for the hobby 🤣 Living in the UK I spend most of the time being jealous of all the great areas you can RC but I guess at least we don't have bears!
But did ya leave the controller so the bear could test the Capra out and give his views on it? You know ergonomics of the controller for a beasts paw? Traction of the Capra versus his paws? And so on..... 😂😂😂😂😂
hello sir me an the kiddos have been watching your channel for a long time have a question what would you recommend to restart our collection something affordable but dependable as all our were stolen out of our truck after going out an running my kids were devastated I jist need to find something on the cheaper end to restart them what would your opinion be
Did you leave the shocks at 90 or add the 5mm longer rod end, I'm still running my stock 97s n minus alil leak here n there i prefer them still after 2 years
The dig servo snags are all caused by incorrect End Point Adjustments... Same as Traxxas microservos for diff lockers and get selection. Neither manual tells you to adjust the EPA's
IDK, Man. You live in the East, right? So you ran from a Black Bear? They're like big fluffy dogs. I'd worry more about boars. The only time you need to worry about a black bear is if there are Cubs around then just don't get between them and their Mama. Just let them know where you are and enjoy being out in Nature. See something that isn't on TV. They'll wander off in a while unless you're sitting in a berry patch. Also, why no Pictures?
Yogi just wanted to see if you had a Pickanick Basket. Hey Boo Boo is that an RC car I see?

That'll be a a day you'll Never forget. You're going to have to name that climbing area "Bear Trail".
My Capra is a great crawl over anything rig. Great upgrades for me to try. Only one I have at the moment is the Super Shafty rear riser.
Capra love forever!) Excelent tune Axi, great work my friend!)🤩💥💯👍👏
Looks like fun! Certainly miss those CT back woods!
Slowly putting my Capra kit together. Your video just increased the budget. Thanks for the project scope creep!

Great setup rundown.
Crazy bear story!!!
I wonder what’s stocking me rcing sometimes!

I really love these videos, one day I will have the money to buy one 😎👌
Then you can add all these parts that aren't needed!
Don't have to out run the bear, just you.😁
This is very useful... definitely things to consider for the upgrade path on my Capra.

저도 이영상보고 카프라 구매 했는데...
정말 이번주 산행이 기대가 됩니다..
Awesome background.

such a nice forest to crawl and trail, you are lucky
I have heavy 2.2 on my capra it is a beast
the whole in the center make it easy to twist ends on
Appreciate your sharing, great video of your awesome rig. And I’m glad the bear wasn’t hungry until next time
Nice rig love these. Where are you located? Looks like a good area to look for gold. Another hobbie of mine. Love the geology of your area keep up the great videos.
My sprectrum dig servo lasted about 1 5000 mah battery in my scx10iii they’re complete junk. Might as well take them straight off and throw them away.
I think you will never recognize time going when you enjoy it in the forest. haha
Risking life and limb for the hobby 🤣 Living in the UK I spend most of the time being jealous of all the great areas you can RC but I guess at least we don't have bears!
haha true but we have the notorious midges here in Scotland!

Sorry to hear. You can’t go wrong with the Axial SCX24. Affordable and fun!
@@rcdriver OK thanks going to look into that

Glad your ok, a bear is no joke

Seems like you need to add some rear weight
You should start carrying a pepper gun ,because that same bear could come back and think you are an easy snack to chew on !
Nothing to do with this video but I saw one of your videos that you have a Russell and you upgrade the tires .. the car never heatup??
You just bear-ly made it 🐻
👍🏻
Don't run just announce yourself, as long as you didn't see any little black fur balls your good
