Holy! This actually helped so much i didn't expect it lol. Got to an Eb1! That's not AT ALL common for me, usually F1 is my limit when it comes to subharmonics. Thanks Thou, keep them coming!
You are welcome - glad I can help. You'll notice that even in the video, certain colors and vowels are slightly different when approaching the lower sub range, just like it would be in the modal register up the octave. Thanks!
@@bass2yang True, i just didn't expect that by using an "L" it gets much easier. To me, "E" helps a lot too, words like "Keep", "Green" etc. just come natural, either with subharmonics or modal.
Agreed! I have been getting some feedback from teachers who think this is throat bass (beatbox) or throat singing (kargyraa) and it is not, even though there are undertones involved. The less we separate the concept, the easier it is to receive and move forward. I mean, take a look at the castrati - we don't do that any more (I hope). We found a way to emulate that sound while maintaining healthy approach to voice and body. We can't get there, though, if we keep separating technique from the natural voice. Thanks again!
Thank you for your support! Following a teaching format at the moment and the computer is hanging on by a few threads (literally, 2 cores and 4 threads haha), but it does help people. I'm trying to find ways to make these shorter as well without skimping out on anything. If I missed anything, let me know.
Do you have a video of how EQ subharmonics and growl? If not, could you do some tutorials? With your videos I have learned a lot of things, thank you very much
Hi sorry if you answered this already. But, when I’m doing Subharmonic’s it seems like some days it’s way better than other days. And even why I warm myself up it’s still hard to produce the note. Any help. 😊

Could you try subharmonics with helium?
I haven't yet, but with a supply of helium, I'd be happy to oblige. Thanks!
