Great story! It felt like an allegorical path from a working model or actress to the pinnacle. The faith and struggle, she had to take from someone else but she left something of value behind, the masses were pushing her forward but at one point she couldn't tell whether they were pulling her back or pushing her forward. I really enjoyed this. The end when the collective was breathing as one lung... and the old tired man in the cape and hat told her... "Come dream with me."
So are you just a talented author or do you have some disjointed bits yourself lol?

I think, since it's described as allegorical, this is a story of how people are willing to sacrifice almost anything for the pursuit of their own desires (the destruction of wildlife and even the air we breathe). In this case, an advertisement actress and her climb to fame.

Well, that's obviously some kind of soul catching entity. Who lures people into his realm and then entraps them in eternal dream. What for, only he knows.
I get what this story is trying to do, but it is a narrative technique that is very difficult to do well. It usually ends up sounding disjointed and like there are pieces missing from the story.
