There’s a funky interaction between Irregular Cohort, Iizuka, and Oathkeeper. You can equip oathkeeper to cohort, sacrifice cohort to Iizuka, giving all of your creatures double strike, AND cohort comes back and creates another samurai. pretty cool I think.

I was wondering how people felt about that, to be honest. I'm not really a budget deck builder and so I didn't want to step on the toes of other great channels that do focus on budget. But if it's something people enjoy, I'd definitely be happy to start including it again.

Would Masako, the Humorless be a good addition to this deck? Since I think you're going to attack a lot with the samurais. And with Masako you can still block during the turns of your opponents.
