Question. Let’s say your quote is accepted. Do you then write a separate contract stating , terms of pay, exclusions, guarantee clauses, etc? Or would you place all of that in the “Notes” section?

You can do whatever you want really. We don’t ever sign contracts or have any major details. But we also only work for people we trust. So if you’re working for someone new and maybe this needs to happen it can be a good idea. But generally when we send the quote. Then when we get the work we send progress billing’s if it s a big job. And we will just say invoice due upon receipts. And some people pay quick. Some don’t lol. No matter what you put in there people take there time or they pay right away. Or they have set schedules on when they pay.
