When out at the jetty what is the best way to tell before hand if water will be clean? Is it just low winds on the day or low winds consecutively, or something else? I drive 4 hrs one way so just trying to make the most of the trip lol

I actually caught 1 fish in this vid off a Pin! They work well, but I think piggy’s have em beat with the way they grunt makes an easy target
