There is a rubber flap along the tailgate end of the cover, is this flap designed to ride on top or behind the tailgate? If you close the tailgate first it will ride on top, if you close the tailgate last it is stuck behind the tailgate as in your video. If on top which makes more sense for seal, you will have to open and reclose the cover every time the tailgate is used. A bit of a pain.
