After watching William Hanson I can spot so many faux pas lol. I did learn you place the clotted cream and jam on the side of the plate and break the scone (scon) then knife the jam before cream on smaller parts at a time. As long as you enjoyed it.

The Ritz does not do High Tea.. what you appear to be having is Afternoon tea. And it's not the Ritz Carlton but the Ritz...

@@oscarchagoya5985 High tea is more of a meal. It was started when middle class workers would get off of work and wanted more of a hefty meal than just afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is more of a light meal to hold you off until dinner. Afternoon tea is usually celebrated at around 4:00PM & high tea starts a little later, usually after 5. If I might add, she is not at the Ritz Carlton, she is at a hotel called "The Ritz". They are 2 different establishments.
I love high tea , but that place was too dam noisy, ide be looking for the nearest exit. Great dress Ada, and those pearls really made it xo

High Tea Ritz
Not as good as HARRODS HIGH TEA my opinion.
In surmountable tea and sandwiches at Harrods not simply and very very luxurious Harrods and piano music classy I always have pot, pots of tea and you get large amounts of everything at HARRODS, beautiful service and they give huge birthday CAKE going again inshallah.
FABULICIOUS going in November 2017 my birthday at HARRODS.

You are at 'The Ritz' NOT the Ritz Carlton. Ritz Carlton is a hotel chain which is absolutley nothing to do with 'The Ritz' London. entirely different. Also you are having 'Afternoon Tea' NOT high tea

The woman goes for a high tea while hating tea. Ok. It’s more for the experience I suppose. Don’t they offer coffee? It seems to be a bit too noisy with too loud music. I don’t feel it is relaxing....
Yes, it is all about the experience and you could get coffee if you wanted. Yes there was noise but it didn't bother us, it was very relaxing and a great experience

I used to go in there 1980s there was never a queue and it cost two pound fifty pence and as many smoked salmon sandwiches as you wanted

Why would you choose to have tea at the Ritz if you don't like tea? Might as well go to a place you really enjoy the food and just tour the hotel and have a drink afterwards. At 12:54 you look like you were going to gag!

Yes it’s all lovely but for gods sake I’m paying £65 for something that I know want feed me fully which seems just a waste of money. I would suggest if your really hungry don’t go there.
You obviously don’t know that you get unlimited sandwiches.
I find it so vulgare and childish when people screw thier faces up when they dont like the taste of something.
