Nice demo. Only thing i do differently is to spray BH Touch-on onto the wheels after cleaning. Just to add a bit of water and dirt repellency

Thanks @pigeonpoo1823, I’m hoping to do a BH review at some point, so will definitely give that a try.

Personally I do the faces of the first then the barrel's, reason being when you do the barrel's first you pull the dirt out on the face, this could contain grit which could scratch the face when you use a wheel mit. I hope you understand my method. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for that Pete, I totally understand the logic behind that approach and I’ve often wondered if that is better. Next time I wash the car I’ll try your method.

Hi Pete, Sorry for the lack of content. Over the summer I've had very little time to record any new content. I'm hoping to get something out in the next couple of weeks.

Hey Rob - thanks for a great video, especially for a newbie like me. I’m after a spray bottle like you use at 2:35 for the Citrus PreWash. I’ve read online you can’t just use a £4 one from the garden center as car chemicals can damage it. Only car cleaning specific one I’ve seen is £30. Any recommendations? Thanks 😊

Hi, thanks for watching and the comment.
The spray bottle I used was an IK pump sprayer (about £24 on Amazon). But TBH, if you're on a tight budget for Citrus pre-wash you can use pretty much any spray bottle. I've used old empty household cleaner spray bottles in the past with no problems. (give them a thorough wash and rinse first).
The bonus with the IK bottle is that it has markings on the side and once pumped up is dead easy to get around the car. Unless you are using really strong chemicals (tar removers, etc) any spray bottle should be fine.

@@WeekendWarriorDetailing bought an IK bottle haha. Least got it now. When I mix something up/dilute, how long can I keep it stored in diluted form? Indefinitely/until next wash?

@@johnabenna:) They are definitely worth getting.
Yes, once mixed up you can leave it in the bottle indefinitely, just remember to release the pressure before putting it back on the shelf.
