We call this omelette curry and we add a little more water for gravy, yummy recipe. Note - Never break eggs directly into the cooking pan, bcoz the whole dish will be spoiled even if one of the eggs is rotten. Break eggs into a bowl seperately and add to the pan one by one.

To make the first recipe instanly you can just add garlic to the oil saite it for few seconds and then add the spices like red chilli powder turmeric etc and then add some water bring the water to boil and add the eggs
My mom cooks this since i was child she didn't know this is a recipe. She just cracked egg on simple gravy and let it boil when i am child i blame to my mommy don't cook anything that u don't know. But last result is very yummy.
Just tried this. Pretty okay. Lacking creaminess so I would recommend adding tomato paste or similar. Be careful about not adding too much water. Overall 6/10.
