I remember someone shooting a gun, close to me and I had no earplugs and my God did that gunshot hurt the hell out my ears but I don’t understand why movies display hearing a Gunshot won’t hurt the ears?
I watched this and went on a binge of watching a load of interviews and programmes about what life was like in the trenches in ww1,interviews done in probably the 80s/90s with the remaning survivors. sent me down a rabbit hole. A real eye opening rabbit hole, thanks for uploading
Deaf in one ear for 3 days max, minimal permanent damage, practically unnoticeable. Atleast that was my experience on the two occasions a 12guage shotgun was fired from behind me over my shoulder.
Yeah I had similar experience with an M240 being fired with my ear about 2 feet from the muzzle. Totally deaf in that ear for a few days, then came back. According to audiologist I don’t even have permanent hearing loss, although I do have low pitched tinnitus. Don’t recommend the experience.
the acting is very much on point to what someone who survived WW1 would act like in that situation. i met the last soldier of paschendale. i can say without a doubt he died there. and i still remember that stare he gave me after i asked "what was it like" being a child i had no concept up until then. but when he stared well and truly past me and very much into my soul as he only said "it was hell". i swear i seen what he has been through his eyes. to this day, 2 decades on i still remember it so very clearly.
Thanks for watching…🥰🔥👍🏼

- Love from your American cousin, and may you rest in ever lasting peace.
I pray for you. My great uncle got missing in action. My dad’s older brother was looking for him in the battlefield, but he was never found. We figured out that the general was dealing with the Iranian soldiers, and planned a surprise attack. At least my country won. Iraq, won the war, but almost got took over. We won, but at what cost? Yes, we won, but thousands of men lost. My great uncle got lost on 1982.
@@Im_Iraqi_hello sorry for your loss.
What a loss. Three brothers. The poor family and the young men themselves
I amazed by cillian for this part, when the bell is rang then he said "armistice" i feel kinda dragged also into the battlefield. Knowing that the war is over and still managed to alive is a gratitude despite the sorrows at that time still haunted me day by day
Such an understated, powerful delivery from both men. Subtle, concise, strong.
He was one of the best TV characters I've seen imo.
Wszystko jemu zabrali 😥to byl brat bliźniak 🤔🥺 tsks miłość Panie Boże 🙏♥️ gdzye dalsze odcinki
Peace at last ❤❤
One day I'll achieve that peace, Mr. Shelby.
The 11th month, 11th day and 11th hour for all my brothers and sisters in arms, we stand tall for those who gave it all!!!!
Acting off the scales! What a series
What a Dunkirk reunion! Two very handsome raven haired and light eyed blokes!!!
All the dialogues in Peaky Blinders were written with immaculate aesthetics and I would rewatch them all over again!
I have literally never seen a better RUclips short edit on the entirety of RUclips or anywhere. This little short clip of music with this scene is unbelievably perfect. During Armistice today i literally envisaged this scene. If a movie masterpiece could be a 30 second clip it'd be this.
OMG!!! Cannot wait for Peaky Blinders the movie!!! Thomas Shelby is such a great character to watch!!!❤❤
I watched this video 7 months ago and this very video got me into peaky blinders, this video still slides into my feed
Glad to hear it!🥰
This video and song will forever hold a place in my heart, thank you
He’s shooting the bullet which was ment for him. (Now he’s free of charge, the bullet with his name on it is in the ground so he can stand)
master piece of a show from start to finish
Extraordinary acting from both Cillian and Aneurin here!!
this part gave me shivers
I don’t know the context but bro really said “if I ain’t killing you im killing your eardrums”
The 11th hour armistice reference was a brilliant bit of writing
Kudos
One of the best scenes in the series, a true testament to Tommys character, a true soldier❤
Every man is eager to march to war; every survivor is wary of the armistice bells.
how tf is the drip here so tuff than other ones
The shellshock was such a subtle theme most people don't realize it was even there.
Thommy was such a wounded character, yet he functioned.
“That is why he is a true sigma”
GIVE THIS MAN AN OSCAR PLEASE
Funny thing is. He saw ur comment and completed the assignment.
Kasiu w tej piosence wyspiewałaś mnie całą❤
Look at the rear sight on that 1911😂😂😂 Get that man a punch and some LockTite
Lmao bro such an underrated comment
I was born on veteran’s day at 11am on the dot. When I was a kid, I used to love the fact that I always got my birthday off from school. Years later, after hearing stories from my grandparents and relatives, it’s hard to remember I even have a birthday at all.
We ain’t ignoring the fact this man really had plot armor here bro had a splash potion of luck he used
I wouldn't call this plot armour as there is an actual reason Tommy didn't kill him.
@@1Chasgidk how important he was I never had a chance to watch it, it just seemed like he was a main character, antagonist or not, apologies
Well, realistically Tommy would have known that it was armistice day, so he probably planned to spare him.
people don't appreciate history enough to understand this scene the way only a few of us do
Nobody can kill Tommy Shelby 😉
this scene with its background and outcome is beyond… ❤️🔥
Thomas Shelby with the 1911 🤩
The Foley work on that watch was incredible
I remember someone shooting a gun, close to me and I had no earplugs and my God did that gunshot hurt the hell out my ears but I don’t understand why movies display hearing a Gunshot won’t hurt the ears?
Man watched every episode of that show!
Some men change, but some die on the way before
I watched this and went on a binge of watching a load of interviews and programmes about what life was like in the trenches in ww1,interviews done in probably the 80s/90s with the remaning survivors. sent me down a rabbit hole. A real eye opening rabbit hole, thanks for uploading
new definition of “saved by the bell”
Literally saved by the bell💀💀
Increíble espectacular actor Cillian ❤
The sad thing is 20 years later it all has to start again and be even worse
Seems like they never end a war. Just get tired of fighting and made a tactical pause
Pretty sure this season was in the 30s, around 1934 pretty sure. So only another 5 years.
Both were bad but I wouldn't quite say the second was worse now we are headed for a third😢
how could the ww1 armistice be occuring right here if it's the 1930s?

I feel like I should watch this one day
His ear drums would cease to exist after that, so he did get his punishment I suppose.
Bro got the ear rape special
Deaf in one ear for 3 days max, minimal permanent damage, practically unnoticeable.
Atleast that was my experience on the two occasions a 12guage shotgun was fired from behind me over my shoulder.
@@Jake_Hamlinhows the tinnitus?
@@shandd9640well, I suppose that's the minimal permanent damage
Yeah I had similar experience with an M240 being fired with my ear about 2 feet from the muzzle. Totally deaf in that ear for a few days, then came back. According to audiologist I don’t even have permanent hearing loss, although I do have low pitched tinnitus. Don’t recommend the experience.
This TV show is perfection from the first frame til the last one.
Imagine knowing for sure you were going to die and then your would be murderer changes his mind right in front of your eyes
The second he said "peace at last" gave me chills i love this scene
Oh but I'm back....back from under the ground
Thomas um Nutella... dom corleone é raiz😊
So u could say he fully escaped from his PTSD
Great freaking series!!
the acting is very much on point to what someone who survived WW1 would act like in that situation.
i met the last soldier of paschendale. i can say without a doubt he died there. and i still remember that stare he gave me after i asked "what was it like" being a child i had no concept up until then. but when he stared well and truly past me and very much into my soul as he only said "it was hell". i swear i seen what he has been through his eyes. to this day, 2 decades on i still remember it so very clearly.
I absolutely love this show.
End of WW1
So good. I love this show and Tommy Shelby so much
Covid did a lot of things to me, but taking away Peaky Blinders season 7 from everybody is definitely top 5 worst results of a pandemic.
There was no planned Season 7. There is a final movie being funded by the BBC, and that is still coming out. Just got delayed
Yeah season 6 was the final season then a movie was supposed to come out?
@@MrNativezero a movie is still supposed to come out allegedly, but before Covid they were going to have another season not a movie.
