Beautiful boxes. I love the splines. Where did you find the mail box doors? I have been looking for those for a while now, for a project my wife asked me to do.
I just located some on both eBay and Etsy.

I love your boxes they look great - I have recently purchased a large mailbox door and was looking for ideas hence why I stumbled across your video. I intend to build a similar box to the ones you made except I don't have a workshop just a tiny cellar and have basic tools - but I'm sure that I can make something similar

The link doesn't appear to work for the mail box door
It looks like the door I used has been discontinued, but you can search the web for a 3 1/2" x 5" brass mailbox door. There are several different styles out there and several vintage sellers on eBay.
