I've never changed a headlight but I've followed some tutorials and done a couple things to my 2010.. I'll definitely be giving this a shot! Thanks for the tutorial!!
Follow up comment. Just finished installing my new headlights in the '08 xB !!!! You made it super simple. Propped up my cell phone and went step by step according to your video. Thank you Thank you. It looks sooo much better.. I even tossed in a couple Halogen bulbs. You Da Man!!!
Just picked up an '08 xB. Headlights are trash. Got new ones on order at Toyota here in Cali. for $306.89...each, plus tax!! This video is very helpful as the mechanics out here are asking $100-$150. labor to install them. Thanks brother👍
Just changed my headlights on my 2010 xb great video couldn't have done it before watching one thing you did not mention the clip for the side mount is not on the new light you have remove from the old light lucky I didn't throw it away right away,
@@dirtydavesgarage8251 haha nice. i'm trying to figure out something wijth my headlights. can you or him confirm that the parking lights/front blinkers are supposed to be on at the same time as the normal headlights (lowbeams)? like a running light i guess. i got one side on and one side off when my headlights are on. interestingly though the blinker/hazard function still works on the one that is off when headlights are on.
