At 78, due to bucket list and work, I have camped in every state, been to multiple continents, and while not wealthy, we live comfortably in a suburb and still camp closer to home. I am not sure I would trade that for her life, but only now do I know what relaxation is... I was always pursuing the next goal and great view when not at work.

Long time follower, first time commenter. Every day feels like a struggle with my anxiety. Sometimes I get a moment of clarity. When I see Isabel’s upload notification on my phone, I can’t open it fast enough. I want you to know your content provides me with peace, and a feeling of hope. I’m not the best at female friendships, but I’d like to think if we met in person, it would be an instant connection. Thank you for the messages you put out into the world. Life can be incredibly lonely. But your videos help me remember there are likeminded, good people out there.

@@RikkeGade Hi there! Thank you for your kind words. I’m based out of East Tennessee. Self diagnosed generalized anxiety. I believe it’s related to burnout. I work 2 jobs and during busy season I find myself with no time to rest, or pursue my interests. It leaves me feeling depleted and a little discouraged about where I’m at. Most of the time I’m a positive, artistic person who enjoys socializing. Lately I’ve just had a hard time balancing it all.

This young lady keeps this old man confused. She seems to live her philosophy and lives the life others can only dream of, doing what she desires and avoiding the rat race. She can do most anything that most people would not have a clue or time to do. Yet, she doesn't seem satisfied with it and has a desire to join the millions always too busy to have the relaxation she can have when she wants. She may be as confused as I am.
It can take years to unwind when you’re raised in society, it’s taken my mom 72 years. Patience 💕

I am from Republic of Belarus. Sometimes i don't understand Isabel. But, her voice is so soft and smooth. It looks like deep breath of forest
It occurs to me, Isabel, that as we wonder what exactly our purposes are upon this earth that there you, and we, are constantly asking questions of ourselves as a means of acquiring the very knowledge and wisdom that is our purpose. You are exemplifying exactly what our purpose is by asking questions as to what our purpose is. The purpose is to search and find so as to expand the length, width, breadth and depth of wisdom. That's why last week I said the journey is the destination so slow roll yourself each day so as to accumulate that wisdom. You're right on track, beautiful girl.

Breathwork and incremental exercise throughout the day has literally changed my life. I feel so much lighter and less stressed than I used to and I woke up actually feeling energetic. Even if its just 5 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a day it makes such a massive difference.

Wise words, as usual, Isabel. Not only is life about the moments, you'll find as you get older the saying about "live every day as though it's your last because one day it will be", becomes very true. When you're a lot older you sense your own mortality more than you ever have. Many years ago in one of the best relationships I ever had at the end of every day we would tell each other what our "special moments" were. More often than not they were the same. When you get up at 4:30 in the morning I hope Logan considers that a special moments as well. 🤣
