It’s 9 PM here in Houston, Texas and I’m barely getting to watch y’all when I normally watch y’all early but it’s been a day we’re working on the house. My husband has a doctors appointment. My father had a doctors appointment and had a lot to do. Hey Tracey your headboard is NOT too tall, we’ve all gone through our grey and red phase and I haven’t tried but I hear you can paint leather, ❤❤❤ as always ! Should you choose to go down the rabbit hole of RUclips How To Paint Leather Videos I would start with Painted Love with Johnathan Marc Mendes or Dennie’s DIY channel she paints upholstery and likely has a leather version. If anyone can refurbish those chairs to today’s softer palette it’s you.

Absolutely love your place! The only thing I would have done different is that I would have stained the beans instead of paint or white wash or distress. Old beams are amazing! Again love your place!
I would have done it too but they were in such a state even the sandblasters recommended painting them!!! 😃🥴🤗

I love all the bedrooms... and your bathroom is devine!!!! But, as to the red leather chairs.... I would just have my throws coming up over the back onto the seat and front... very casual... it would make some of the red disappear compared to how you have the throws now. Just thinking out loud.
I think you are right and I need to find some larger throws! They are such beautiful chairs but just don’t fit with my decor right now ♥️♥️
