I went to replace my air and water filters after the initial 6 months and found out the fridge never had an air filter when it was installed. 🤦🏻♂️

@@Frigidaire the video, as stated by others, doesn't show orientation of filter, nor does the owner's manual! Not only that, but there is no filter installed upon purchasing for example. Please assist

Need a better view of how to install air filter. Directions does say which way to face filter. This video did not show the filter after installed

@frigidaire there are no markings on the filter to show which way it faces and the manual doesn't show or say anything abt orientation either. And none of the videos I found go over it either! Super frustrating. I found one comment on this thread from another customer that says the dark side goes against the back of the fridge. Why is this like hidden info???
I know this is driving me nuts and so fucking stupid I already hate this stupid refrigerator in the filter does not even say front or back it just says put the carbon side out what fucking color is the carbon sign
