Stretch your pecs in a doorframe with 90º bent elbows and forearms parallel to the frame. Put feed in step position and push your body (emerged chest) through the frame keeping forearms in place. If you change hight of elbows you can address different fibers of the pec muscles. The suggested stretch can stress the radial nerve and thats what you feel inside up to tingling and needles.
Wow. It has a name! Knowing is power.. Thank you!

What stretches & exercises would you recommend for lower crossed syndrome?
Nice and simple
Yes!!
How much do you recommend me doing this per day/how long? Is there a thing of overdoing this?
there's not an overdoing it really, if you are at a desk 5x days a week you could do this once AFTER 2 hours of work you do at a desk.
how much time do you need to do this everyday?
Can it cause torticollis?
The lower traps depress the scapula not adduct as you show..
