Strongly suggest to seek advice. This is more complex to solve as a DIY. Where are you at perhaps I know someone in your area to help.

Where do we find the exercises to start fixing this. I have been struggling for years trying all kinds of therapy after seeing this, I know this what I have. I’m so ready to feel better. Please tell me where to start. You have so many great videos on this channel just not sure what exercises I should start with. I tore my ACL at age 13 it was not repaired because I was still growing then I hurt my knee again at age 27 so I had surgery however during physical therapy it tore about 2 weeks after surgery I didn’t have it fixed I managed to get over it until age 42 when it became unbearable to play tennis or be active anymore. It’s miserable to not be able to run or play tennis or dance. I was a dance major in college I managed to do that without an ACL but my body is now screaming at me from some many different pain points. Please help 😢

I have FINALLY started to get PT for different issues (back and knee) but after many different abdominal surgeries and now a lumbar fusion I am struggling to even stand up straight, hold urine, even walk well. After being a fitness trainer for over 30 years I can't believe where I am now. Maybe LAYER SYNDRONE is how I should address all this? This is VERY complex and confusing. I am in St. Louis and am seeing two different PT groups at Mercy Hospital for my issues. But no one looks at EVERYTHING and how it all should work together. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!!!! Glad I found your channel!

This sounds like me all my life trying to stand up straight but I can’t for very long. I am now 69 and healthy going to an osteopath and acupuncture. I went to. Chiropactor also all of my adult life. I have upper back fatigue every day by 3 p.m. and have to lay down. I had a spiral fracture 25 years ago on the left tib/fib and the leg is shorter but i wear orthotics. I find it very interesting that it may be a brain thing and wonder what exercises i can do in that regard. I also have had lense replacements in the eyes for cataracts and can see very well now. Maybe there are some exercises for me. I live in Canada and enjoy your videos.

I am currently experiencing piriformis and trochantoritis bilaterally. I started 2nd course of Physical therapy and have a Sports Doc appointment next week? But listening to your explanation of Layer syndrome makes sense of what I'm experiencing currently. I have SCAN/ Medicare coverage for chiropractor if in network?

Would this also effect bladder leakage?

It can only because it can impact the integrity of pelvic floor. The fix is going to have to include postural functioning. Look up a DNS chiropractor or PT near you.

I have Scoliosis with 60 degree thoracic curve . Would these exercises help ? I do stretching exercises with breathing . Do you think a chiropractor would help ?

60 degrees? scoliosis has a chance to be lessened only before the bone maturity. Scoliosis of 60 degrees is only helped with surgical intervention. Breathing is going to help not because it decreases the curve but may affect the speed at which it may increase. With scoliosis, all exercises have to be modified to fit the type and degree of the curvature at any given region. More complicated than an average and certainly more so when the degree of scoliosis is as much as yours.
