I remember seeing Toni Price at the Continental Lounge, if I remember correctly she played every Tuesday night. It was a great area for live music, back then there were no cover charges. I still have my CD of Midnight Pumpkin, what a great memory of being in Austin back around 2002 ? or something close to it. Happy Christmas to everyone in Austin 🎄
First night I lived in Austin I went to see Toni. She started waving her arm and I saw that tattoo of the two headed turquoise Mayan amulet. I have the same tattoo on my right shoulder, got it about 2 years before I moved to Austin.

Here on the Eastside ~ I just await for when Austin shoves out another Austinite out of their home & ...I know one day, soon, it will be me. But my gosh ~ Austin~ I am glad to have known you -when you use to BE _Toni's soul & sound was intermingled with the scent of Blueberry & Whisky alongside our weekly lives in motion talks and laughs out in the back ....it amazes me how the things I took for granted, are now the most cherished & utterly unforgettable to me

We called it "hippie hour", yes, I was there many times. I remember it being more in the nineties and early 2000's.
What Great nights they were, I often think about Austin whenever I wear my boots from Austin, what a Fabulous Performance 💯
