I have 2 of these, 1 black and 1 silver, and It's such an amazing piece of engineering, I love it. But I wish they'd sell specific dust washers for it (maybe made of aluminum), because regular Sanwa dust washers' inner diameter isn't big enough to allow it to stay parallel to the top panel of the stick when you move the joystick all the way to one side when you have The Link installed. That makes the washer tilt and "dig" into the top panel, and it did leave scuff marks on a Qanba Drone I had The Link installed on. You have to widen the hole of a Sanwa dust washer with a dremel to prevent this from happening.
Just snagged one, appreciate the help! Had it done on a Qanba Obsidian in about 10 minutes because I dropped the pieces and didn't know how it went back together lol

I already have mine and I really love it
the actuator does not have enough room when i push down on the spring to attach the e-clip on the groove.

Would've been nice to show how to put the base back in in case it falls out, but it's not too hard to figure out, at least.
What dust cover is compatible? My Sanwas I have around dont fit.
second this question a year later, just installed the link ex and the dust cover hole is too small to fit around it

A little late to the party but to anyone reading this now, Qanba's dustwashers are compatible with the link, and come in a variety of colors too.
I wanna get one of these for my Victrix pro fs just so i can change the colour of the ball top, gonna use the link 2 in a Nintendo switch stick I’m gonna build out of my original xbox hori

I'm working on a restock to most major vendors now actually. Is there a particular vendor and color you use?
@@Phreakazoid187 I'm hoping to get one in green for my Astro City theme Mayflash F500 Elite, a gold or gunmetal one for my TES+ and a black or silver for my Obsidian. Focus Attack FTW! Looking forward to buying them soon!

@@Phreakazoid187 when i try to install it, the e clip wont go back in
@@LinNick the eclip won’t fit the shaft or it doesn’t align? Double check all components are assembled properly. It’s been used in hayabusas for a while.
