The same thing happened to me so I used a smaller hook because the second side was wayyyy longer and once I did that it was the exact same size except I had to do 3 more rows so I think the easiest way is to block it
I have tried multiple types of yarn and different size hooks and whichever yarn I am "carrying" continues to show through the gaps in the stitches, leaving not a good look. How did you get your yarn not show through while you carried it???
Hi! Maybe try to slightly pull on the yarn that you are carrying before moving on to the next color! You should be able to see it tighten up a bit and not be so loose (show through)

Hi I had question about the edging! Is it normal that it’s not straight ? I’m on my second panel and it kinda seems like in the video it’s not straight but I wanted to make sure.
You will need to turn the project for each row, so the start of the row will alternate (when keeping track of the rows on paper it will be the direction of the arrows)! You can see examples in the video :)

@@urlove.jordann I don’t think I came across this problem because the front and back of mine were the same, but if they are different for you and you want the pattern to go a different direction, the pattern itself might need to be inverted 🤔 so if it’s printed out maybe you can follow it from the backside of the paper somehow (since it would be flipped)?
i know this was two weeks ago so i don’t know if this will help you, but this pattern is rather simple but does take quite long. if you a beginner-intermediate who crochets in there free time , could take up to a month give or take, but if you crochet fast every day it could be less.

@@nanaxcvh ahh I see! It might look like a square because your tension was loser on the row width, so it ended up matching the height! If you make it again you could try having tighter tension when crocheting across rows

it was probably the tension you used. same thing happened to me. if possible block it to make it even.🤍

Yes you can outline! I would say any dark color would make the flower pop ..dark pink or dark green come to my mind :)

What if I want to change the stitch to DC?
That should be okay! Just know that even though it may take faster to work up, it'll be bigger and maybe less sturdy that single crochet!
Yes, what she said! You can do DC, but it may change the proportions of the bag and it won't hold as well!

Hi, you can make the edges straight by making sure your tension is the same as you change colors and across all rows! :)
