Hi Thr, Need your suggestion for MF investing, I am seeing 2 options,
1. Investing direct Mutual Funds - Profit is 10%+, there will be a Tax deduction on profit.
2. Investing through Insurance links schemes - Profit is about 1% less compared to direct fund investment, But the maturity amount is TAX-free.
What do you suggest? Is there any hidden challenges other than above?

Not much. REITs can be a great investment. But as any investment, I’d recommend not to go all in it. Diversify.
Expense ration is very very high.
