    Great video. I love the above view outside in natural light. It helps me see a bit more and relate to what the movement would feel like outside on grass.

    As always a simple but coherent and excellent explanation especially of the difference in action between high, mid and low shots. I always struggle with the low driving shot so this is very helpful - although tbh I normally just play a stock mid shot.
    Can we have a video on chipping from 4 yards off green to about 20 yards off the green. Depending on which YTuber you watch you should either use the bounce or not use the bounce so I definitely need you to simplify and clarify the right way to chip (probably a couple of future lessons as well)

    Can you show how to play a ball in long rough slightly off the green?

    As a lefty I don't want to confuse things so I'll switch it and ask as if a righty. I would consider myself a decent pitcher chipper but I often find my pitches going right of target, often short of carry. Probably caused by an open clubface and a fraction more pull than desired. How should I remedy. Not worried about strike as I get more than enough spin. Just distance control and direction

      Hitting right comes from;
      Raise handle at strike; Grip; Leg action; foot pressure amongst others. Couldn’t possibly direct workout swing Dough sadly.

    Keep the amazing videos coming Stu! I've been with you from the start and my golf is finally making some gains. I'm now 10 shots less a round and still getting better. Do you think you will be doing any putting videos in the future? All the best from Queensland!

    I'm new to golf and I haven't even hit a ball yet, so my comment might be dumb.
    Knowing how to hit and use your body is important, but shouldn't you be explaining also what the ball does after it hits the ground.
    Or show us how to keep the ball going after each of these strokes or how to make it stay/stop and how to make it go left or right.
    Hitting the ball correctly is good and having options is good, but directing the ball after it hits the ground dictates if you have to hit it once or twice more to get it in the whole.
    Sorry if my comment doesn't make sense. I'm just trying to learn.
    It's the same way i learned the guitar. I read first how to hold it before i held it. ✌️
    Ps thank you for the video. Im going to look at it again.😊

    Thanks for your videos! What is your level of effort on the pull on the down swing? Is it just enough to set the wrists without moving your hands too far forward? How far forward do you pull the hands? The emphasing of the left leg moving up seams to power the swing in sequence with the feel of not using the hands. Is this correct?

    • @GoodGolfCoaching
      @GoodGolfCoaching  16 дней назад

      The pull and the push up of the leg go hand in hand; pull the club longer for short clubs and pull the club shorter for long clubs. Radius will dictate the pull duration. As for how hard, dictated by how much upright force through your legs you can create. Hope that helps. Stu

    • @rfisher124
      @rfisher124 16 дней назад +1

      Does the feel of the pull and push occur at the same time?

    • @rfisher124
      @rfisher124 16 дней назад +1

      Do you define "push" to be the to push of hands down or push of left leg up?

      Yes Sir
