I love your video, thank you. How often do you suggest I stay on beginner???
4 classes a week for 6 months as a beginner than start doing intermediate classes 2x week + beginner 2x week. More importantly, do what feels right. You want to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone but dont overdo it x

The beginning fooled me with all the stretching. I thought it was going to be an easy class but by the end I was hurting in a good way 😂.

I always feel 5 cm higher after your pilates exercise 🔥🥰
Yeah, my knees are not gonna let me sit like that. 😢😮
don't know much about pilates but it seems a little too sexual for me, I don't live alone lol
