I was homeless on and off for 5 years, literally sleeping on the streets and in a tent, if anyone of us had food or water or anything we broke it up between all of us and shared it. What was really sad was I watched more people that lived in homes steal from the homeless than I ever saw the homeless steal from them. One of my friends had some nice shoes that someone had bought him and someone who wasn’t homeless stole his shoes in the middle of the night.
we all have struggles but eventually someone let me come take showers regularly at there house so that I would be able to find work. Everyone thinks that there programs out there that will help, they are all full or u can put yourself down on a waiting list and hOpe that they call you back, but they never do. Even if you get in the program they try to keep you down because they have rules to be there that include being at their location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for meetings) How is anyone supposed to hold a job with how often these programs require you to be there!
This is what i love about Sadhguru he never blames or accuses any1 for anything. he just describes what the reality of human nature is and what kind of mentality today's people have.

This video reminds me of an event in my life which represents a more alike scenario. => When I was roughly 5 years old,I had a friend named Omkar. At the time,I had a lot of toys so he used to visit me and we both had fun playing together with them.Omkar was older than me by few years. Omkars' family was stable financially but his parents wouldn't brought him toys so readily.They even used to give him a mild beating if he insists too much(Not a big issue with indians 😂). One day he asked me for something that I wasn't ready for or never expected that he'd ask (As I was too young). He asked me to give my one toy permanently to him so he could take it home.Even if I had a lot of them they were never enough for me.I readily disagreed.After that Omkar gave me a trolley 🚎 situation. 1)To give up the toy to him. Or 2)He will forget that I am his friend. I didn't wanted to choose either 😕 I was also a stubborn child by nature.I was sure mentally that I just can't give him my toy,its' My toy. I asked him why should I give it to him and he answered that I have a lot of toys and a missing one wouldn't cost much to me.He left me no arguments. I tried to control the situation by stopping him from leaving and holding the toy close to me.I did pass a few minutes this way but it didn't worked for long.He lost his patience and he leaved by himself.He didn't even looked back once. Now I realised that Omkar, from that day never ever came to my house and I didn't even saw his face after that. It makes me feel weird 😕 😐 😔. As I am 18 now, I realised 1)The toy wasn't even my favorite but I don't know I wasn't ready to give it. 2)It was just a toy but Omkar just broke💔 the beautiful friendship all by himself. 3)It is actually wrong to say that the one should give me this or that just because he thinks the other has enough. 4)Relationships are more valuable but if the other partner can break it permanently just for his own selfishness, you should rethink what led this relationship. This video reminds me of an event in my life which represents a more alike scenario.
=> When I was roughly 5 years old,I had a friend named Omkar. At the time,I had a lot of toys so he used to visit me and we both had fun playing together with them.Omkar was older than me by few years.
Omkars' family was stable financially but his parents wouldn't brought him toys so readily.They even used to give him a mild beating if he insists too much(Not a big issue with indians 😂).
One day he asked me for something that I wasn't ready for or never expected that he'd ask (As I was too young).
He asked me to give my one toy permanently to him so he could take it home.Even if I had a lot of them they were never enough for me.I readily disagreed.After that Omkar gave me a trolley 🚎 situation.
1)To give up the toy to him.

2)He will forget that I am his friend.
I didn't wanted to choose either 😕 I was also a stubborn child by nature.I was sure mentally that I just can't give him my toy,its' My toy.
I asked him why should I give it to him and he answered that I have a lot of toys and a missing one wouldn't cost much to me.He left me no arguments.
I tried to control the situation by stopping him from leaving and holding the toy close to me.I did pass a few minutes this way but it didn't worked for long.He lost his patience and he leaved by himself.He didn't even looked back once.
Now I realised that Omkar, from that day never ever came to my house and I didn't even saw his face after that.
It makes me feel weird 😕 😐 😔.
As I am 18 now, I realised
1)The toy wasn't even my favorite but I don't know I wasn't ready to give it.
2)It was just a toy but Omkar just broke💔 the beautiful friendship all by himself.
3)It is actually wrong to say that the one should give me this or that just because he thinks the other has enough.
4)Relationships are more valuable but if the other partner can break it permanently just for his own selfishness, you should rethink what led this relationship.
