How to Fix Windows Security Center Service can't be started?

If your PC suddenly displays the error message "Windows Security Center service can't be started," you may be infected by a virus or malware. Often, when malware or viruses silently infiltrate a PC, they disable all antivirus or antimalware software first.
Although Microsoft Defender is an inbuilt antivirus software, hackers can easily disable Microsoft Defender too. Once your system is infected, your Microsoft Defender becomes disabled. Guys those who having problems making reg file here how to do it
1. After copying the code and paste it in note pad
2. go to file and press on save as and then in save as type select ' all files '
3. file name ' name anyting u want but in the end type .reg
4. It will create reg file
5. Then follow his steps

You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.
