brother, firstly thank you for the tips, but i still unable to solve the issue, on 4:23 i didn't find any windows security services but there's only windows security center and i clicked to start running and i restart my laptop then, but when i try to reopen the windows security, the issue remains the same. This issue really stressed me out

The only solution is to reinstall window
Don't Waste time on finding solutions. After installing cracked software they rewrite the internal code of Windows defender starting mechanism so it can't be helped. Only Option is to Reset the PC.

@@MaXine5454 Bro Never Install Cracked Games or Software from Untrusted sites. I also have made mistake 2 times. They put some malware in there Installation process. If you want to install cracked software first let it run with Antivirus on, then if some virus info pops up search it on Google to make sure it's safe to install or not.

Guys if your window security service/center is still not running or starting please copy and paste the wscsvc.dll into system32 folder under local disk c/windows/system32. I was copying and pasting it into syswow64 it didnt work. So i tried to paste it into system32 folder and it worked like a charm. Hope it will start the window security services back on

Hey Crown Geek I still have problem to start the windows security when i go to services app I couldn't find windows security service Instead I got Windows security Center and it was not running it was writing failed to write description, Error code 2 and when I tried to run it it says Window could not start the Window security service on Local Computer Error 126. hey mate, ive followed the video exactly but when i try to open windows security it just opens a black empty window (usually this would have the options of virus and threat protection, account protection etc.) I tried opening it through control panel but it just shows a pop-up saying your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app. Anyone know a fix ?

Extremely thankful bro . I downloaded gta 5 from that shit ocean of games . It asked to run a file that disabled defender but after it my windows security was absent i event cant play minecraft then i browsed many videos and tried resetting the pc but reset wasnt successful. Then i finally opened youtube for last time and came across ur video . I followed step by step and finally the issue is fixed . Respect for you bro👍👍👍.

2.idk which trojan u are referring but i got my windows security back and ya windows security detected the trojan and asked to remove it
3.ya its more than 4 months now
4. approx 3 to 4 hrs don't panic if it strucks at a point it will take time and keep it plugged in

About 2 months ago I downloaded GTA V from Ocean of Games. While installing it disabled my windows security. Which became even worse later on as PC started showing the blue screen error as soon as I used to start it (Your PC ran into trouble and needs restarting). After wasting almost an entire day I managed to reset the PC and it started working normally but windows security started showing the error "Your IT administrator has limited access". I found a fix on youtube, tried it and since than my windows security is showing blank screen. Even after resetting my PC and reinstalling windows 11 multiple times the issue persists.
I'm so tired of this issue that I've almost given up. I hate as much as I loved and wanted to play GTA V.
GUYS for whoever not any of the way is working. The easiest way out is resetting the pc. And no data will be lost. Just empty out the personal data from the one in which windows is installed to the others(only which is absolutely necessary). Then go for reset pc > remove everything > only disc C(the one with windows) > fully clear the drive > cloud install . That is it. No data is lost and fresh windows is installed.
I had all the problems in the world. the security file was missing. The virus messed up the registry. the wscsv file was missing and everything else went wrong too. Defender had a black screen. The goddamn reset pc button was not working. I then did an advanced startup.

As a experienced guy reset the pc is the best solution for this problem
Restart - click F12 - click support assistant Os recovery (for dell)- click back up and reset

I didn’t lose any files ,just my support system deleting my old windows and reinstalling it ,then
No need for external backup devices
