8 ways to be a better man | husband | father

Today is an introductory video to many more videos I will be posting on the topic of men. Looking at how we can be well… better men. My most searched term on my website and on my RUclips channel are these:
how to be a better husband
how to be a good husband
how to be a better father and husband
be a better husband
how to be a good father
what does a good father look like
and many other similar searches
So I created a talk called Man: Navigating Everything. For this talk, I wanted to have some sort of structure. I am very pragmatic and I wanted a process of looking at how to be better men. I read about 40 books on men, being a better husband, father, etc and I came up with a graphic … a flywheel. You can see the graphic in the video.
The graphic in this video looks at the 8 categories you need to look at as you move forward at being a better man:
- Physical Health
- Mental Health
- Spiritual Health
- Marriage (men as husbands) - marriage advice
- Parenting (men as fathers) - parenting tips
- Finances (which includes work)
- Sexuality (porn for today's conversation but much larger topic)
- Loneliness
I fully understand you might want to change categories, add categories, etc but I really like this idea as a starting point for moving forward in our goal to be better man.
