I know everyone else has already made a video on this, but I wanted to talk about it as well!

Hazel is what Chloe SHOULD have been.
I just hope they do not neglect the characters later on like the original did and they can keep a relativly consistant quality since odd parents dropped in it later on i mean look at the 1st halloween episode of the original it rocked then look at the later season huge drop in quality especially the cloe season it really showed they were running dry on ideas and passion and tried to do a scrapy-doo in an attempt to revitalize the francise and failed.

Timmy won’t appear anytime in Season 1 (so don’t hold your breath for an actual Timmy appearance anytime soon).

I totally agree, this version of Oddparents feels so much better than the original.
There's no gross-out humor, no cynicism in its dialogue, no racist or exaggerated stereotypes, no uber feminism from Wanda or Hazel and all that child abuse nonsense is long gone.
Much like how others pointed out, I love how Hazel's reasons for getting fairies is for the fact she feels miserable without her brother after he left for college and SHE moved to a new home. It's much better than having a kid be treated like a slave by a psychopathic teenager or a demented teacher.
My only two complaints are Jorgen's new design and the fact that Cosmo and Wanda seemed to have utterly forgotten about Timmy (and Poof)

It certainly didn't help things when the stuff about Butch was revealed. Then, all the negatives I had about Oddparents and Danny Phantom all had some connections with him

Timmy was alluded to in the first episode (however, he won’t *actually appear in Season 1 🙁).
As for Poof, he’s probably grown up and doing his own godparent thing. I honestly hope we get to see him again, even if for one episode.

Hey, I had just figured out that A New Wish is stealing episode ideas from Moon Girl!
Animation takes a long time to make, so unless if they had someone from Disney telling them the plotlines, I wouldn't take it as anything but a coincidence.
