- This is part 2, filmed on the Sunday, of my weekend off. Shout out to @Lol_Bet_Racing for videoing for me!
I spent two full days at Surfside Beach, Tx helping get beach goers through the soft sand as they got stuck.
Collectively, myself and some local Volunteers from Brazoria County Off-road Recovery, helped a few hundred people over the course of two days of off-road recoveries!!

Can we all agree that Dustin always has amazing videos and always puts a smile in our faces!?
Thank You!
What’s w all these 2wd vehicles on soft sand?!?🤣 Great video!
You guys have towing in your blood, out on your weekend off helping others! That Jeep is the most Krazy Kool thing I've ever seen! Thanks for posting.
Thank You!
Doing off-road recovery like this is what got me started in the towing and recovery industry to start off with.
Great recoveries, Doesn't anybody think that the sand goes real soft when it's hot outside. That would be absolutely common sense. Nice to see you have a family relative, your brother be there with you. Thank you for sharing.😊
Thank You!
The amount of 4x4 vehicles in 2wd is so ridiculous 😂and I would've left that red truck after he went right back where you pulled him from
Yes he does put a smile on people faces
yes we Can we all agree that Dustin always has amazing videos
Thank You!
Thanks for the video. Didn't know you had a brother. Nice guy. like you.
Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed it.
I think it's great that you're helping two others at the booth. Do you ever go swimming in the sea?
I don’t, no.
Yes is an absolute happy positive going guy even one things are bad
Love the Video.. Great job guys ... Crazy what they will drive on the sand 😂....
Thank You!
Strong MORR vibes
Those are some good tires, you didn't have to air down at all did you?
I run about 20psi generally
@@Towtruck_Dustin wow those are at twenty? That jeep must be pretty light. I was watching those tires, I didn't see even a little bit of flex
That lady in the first GMC is the first one to listen about keeping the wheel straight. Maybe tell those you're rescuing to hold the wheel to keep it from turning would help them understand better.
That’s a great idea. Wished I’d have thought of that sooner!
@@Towtruck_Dustin Is that sarcasm? 😉You might have but I didn't hear you say it to any of those in the video. No one has the expertise that you guys have. Surely not someone who got themselves stuck in the sand.
No one reads signs. "SOFT SAND"
Or “Rip Tides”
Appreciate the work of this crew!
If you are alone, put the car's carpets behind the wheels and back up very slowly.
That very rarely works. Especially when there is a large distance of sand to get through.
You 2 are beautiful. You look like my brother 😮😊
Morning!
Morning!!
lol has to be city folk they cannot keep wheels straight plus some of them vehicles do not belong on sand lol and you would have thought that red F-150 that got stuck twice would be 4x4 its nice of u guys to volunteer your time to help.
Great job dustin but most of these drivers are not knowledgeable in sand driving or they dont know how to use their cars fW drive. Basic step you must deflate your tires to 15 PSI, turnoff traction, and put your FW in Auto mode if you run in soft sand you can but your FW drive in low gear
It Appears to me It the Ford F150 had 4WD it would walk out of that sand with No Problem ?
Busy busy busy
✌️👍👍
How many vehicles were 4 wheel drive that you pulled out ?
Quite a few. 4x4 isn’t immune to getting stuck.
You still have to know how to drive in the particular conditions you’re driving in.
Are you and your brother going to take the time to have fun I know that you like helping others but you need time for yourself also
This is literally what we do for fun lol
UH twin brother?! lol. Would be nice if you have something banner on back window towing company.
The Jeep is my personal vehicle.
For now 😏😉
@@Towtruck_Dustin Yeah i just say. so they would know who call for tow so you can see them again who you helped them :D
Why do people drive on the sand with wrong tires and not know where the soft sand it???
Having different tires wouldn’t do most of these people any good. Most are from the city and have no idea how to drive in the sand.
@@Towtruck_Dustin OK...
Dustin how much do you make pulling people out of the sand ?
I don’t charge anyone. So unless they’re kind enough to tip me, I don’t make anything.
I do Offroad recovery as a hobby, which is what got me into the towing and recovery industry many years ago.
What do u charge to get them out?
I don’t charge. If they give me a tip, that’s their choice. But I never charge them
@@Towtruck_Dustin well that’s great your an awesome person for doing that.
Thank You!
any hook fee ?
No. This is all volunteer work I do on my few days off I get.
If they choose to tip me, that’s on them, but I never charge anyone or mention money, unless I’m called out on company time.
Awesome videos! What's your process of cleaning your Jeep afterwards?
Thank You!
I generally just take it to the car wash and blast it off as best I can. Get it home and stick a water hose inside the frame and get the sand out of the harder to reach spots.
I wonder if any of these people read their owners manual?
The owners manual, won’t make up for poor decision making lol
I would Charge at least $200 for pulling them out of the sand
That’s illegal.
It a mazes me that these people don't know to lower the air in their tires to 25 pounds so they can mannuver better in the sand.
It wouldn’t matter for most of them. Their vehicles don’t have the capability, and they don’t know how to drive in the sand anyway.
25psi too high, need 15psi or lower. turn off traction control
exactly they can run in bad situation during summer time if there is no one to help why buy a truck and drive in sand if you don't know how to use it
which beach access is this area??
Second entrance of Surfside city beach.
